Healing, protection
We lift up your precious son before the throne of grace, joining our hearts with yours in fervent prayer. Heavenly Father, we come before You with deep concern and faith, asking for Your divine touch upon this young life. The Bible assures us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We claim this promise over your son, believing that You are the Great Physician who can heal every affliction—whether seen or unseen.
Lord, we ask for complete healing in his body, mind, and spirit. Strengthen him where he is weak, comfort him where he is troubled, and renew his spirit where it may be weary. Protect him from all harm and danger, as Psalm 91:11 declares, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." Surround him with Your hedge of protection, shielding him from physical, emotional, and spiritual attacks. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for those caring for him—doctors, counselors, and family members. Guide their hands and minds to make decisions that align with Your will. Father, we trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. Even when the road is difficult, remind him—and all of us—that You are working all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).
If there are areas in his life where sin or ungodly influences have taken root, we ask for conviction and repentance. Your Word warns us in 1 Corinthians 11:30 that some are weak and sickly because of unconfessed sin, but we know that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and righteous to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We pray for a heart of humility and surrender to Your will.
Above all, we pray that he would come to know You more deeply, if he does not already. There is no true healing or protection outside of a relationship with Jesus Christ, for He alone is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). If he has not yet placed his faith in Christ, we ask that You draw him to Yourself, that he may experience the fullness of life that only You can give.
Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your goodness and mercy, and we declare that by the stripes of Jesus, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5). May Your will be done in his life, and may Your name be glorified through his testimony. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
