We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious son to our Heavenly Father. We recognize that true healing, body, mind, and spirit, comes only from the Lord, the Great Physician. The request for deliverance from the spirit of psychosis is a battle that must be fought on our knees, for we know that "the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4 WEB).
Father, we rebuke every lying spirit, every tormenting thought, and every attack of the enemy against this young man’s mind in the mighty name of Jesus. The Word declares, "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). We command every spirit of confusion, delusion, and mental oppression to flee now, for it is written, "Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7 WEB). We plead the blood of Jesus over his mind, emotions, and will, asking You, Lord, to restore soundness, clarity, and peace.
We also pray for physical healing, Lord. Your Word says, "By His stripes, we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5 WEB), and we claim that promise over this son. Strengthen his body, calm his nerves, and renew his strength as he waits on You. Grant him restful, peaceful sleep, sleep that refreshes and restores. "For He gives sleep to His beloved" (Psalm 127:2 WEB), and we trust You to guard his mind and body through the night.
Father, we ask for Your hedge of protection around him. Surround him with Your angels, as it is written, "For He will command His angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways" (Psalm 91:11 WEB). Shield him from every scheme of the enemy, every temptation, and every harmful influence. Let Your presence be his comfort, Your Word his anchor, and Your peace his constant companion.
We also lift up the parents and caregivers of this young man. Give them wisdom, patience, and endurance. Remind them that You are their strength when they are weak, and that You carry their burdens. "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and He will sustain you" (Psalm 55:22 WEB).
Lord, we know that healing is not always instantaneous, but we trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. Whether You choose to heal miraculously or through the hands of skilled professionals, we surrender this son into Your care. Help him to draw near to You, to seek Your face, and to find his identity and worth in Christ alone.
We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, the Name above every name, the One through whom all healing, deliverance, and salvation flow. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB), and it is only by His blood that we have access to the Father. We declare that this son is covered by the blood of Jesus, redeemed, and set free.
May the Lord bless him, keep him, and make His face shine upon him. May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB). We stand in faith, believing that Your will is good, pleasing, and perfect. In Jesus’ holy name, we pray. Amen.
