We lift up this precious son to You, Lord, with hearts full of compassion and faith. Father, Your Word declares in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We stand on this promise, believing that You are the Great Physician, capable of restoring health to body, mind, and spirit. We rebuke the spirit of psychosis in the mighty name of Jesus, for it has no place in the life of Your child. We command it to leave and never return, as James 4:7 tells us, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."
Lord, we ask for Your healing touch to flow through every part of ’s being. Bring restoration to his mind, that he may think clearly and walk in the soundness You intend for him. Grant him peaceful sleep, for Psalm 4:8 assures us, "In peace I will both lie down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety." We pray against any nightmares, anxieties, or disturbances that may disrupt his rest, and we ask that You fill his nights with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we also pray for Your protection over . Surround him with Your angels, as Psalm 91:11 declares, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." Shield him from all harm, evil, and any schemes of the enemy. Let Your presence be a constant comfort to him, reminding him that he is never alone. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, that he may experience the fruit of the Spirit, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).
We also want to gently encourage ’s family to seek godly counsel and support, whether through prayer, Christian community, or professional help that aligns with biblical principles. Proverbs 11:14 reminds us, "Where there is no counsel, the people fall, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety." Let them not grow weary in seeking You and standing on Your promises, for You are faithful.
Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your unfailing love. We trust in Your perfect will and timing, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). Strengthen this family’s faith as they wait on You, and let them see Your hand at work in ’s life. In the powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
