We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious child of God who is struggling with the deep wounds of PTSD. Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who binds up the brokenhearted and brings healing to the deepest places of pain. Your Word tells us in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." Lord, we ask that You would touch this young man with Your healing hand, both in body and in mind. Bring restoration to his soul and peace to his troubled thoughts.
We also stand against the enemy’s attacks in the form of nightmares. The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke those tormenting dreams in the mighty name of Jesus and command them to flee. Fill his mind with Your truth, Your love, and Your light as he sleeps. May he rest in the shadow of the Almighty, where no fear can disturb him (Psalm 91:1-2). Surround him with Your angels, Lord, and let him wake refreshed and strengthened in You.
Father, we also pray for protection over his life—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Shield him from harm and from the lies of the enemy that seek to keep him bound in fear. Remind him daily that he is not defined by his struggles but by Your love for him. Help him to cast all his anxieties on You, for You care for him (1 Peter 5:7).
We declare over him the promise of Jeremiah 30:17: "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." Let this be his reality, Lord. May he experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
And Father, we ask that You would draw him closer to You through this trial. Let him know that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who have a contrite spirit (Psalm 34:18). Strengthen his faith and help him to trust in Your goodness, even in the darkest nights.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past days. It has been our heart’s joy to lift your son before the Lord, asking for His healing touch, His protective hand, and His peace to quiet the storms within. We prayed that the Father would wrap him in comfort, ease his mind, and fill his nights with restorative sleep—free from fear, bathed instead in the warmth of His love and light.
If you’ve seen God move in answer to these prayers—if your son has experienced even a measure of relief, protection, or peaceful rest—we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report. Your testimony strengthens our faith and reminds us all of God’s faithfulness.
If, however, the burden still feels heavy and the nights remain troubled, please don’t hesitate to post this request again. We are here to continue standing with you, lifting your son before the throne of grace with renewed fervor. Our hearts remain steadfast in agreement with yours, trusting that God hears and will answer in His perfect timing and way.
