We hear your cry for healing and protection, and we join with you in lifting this burden before the throne of grace. The Lord is our Great Physician, and He sees every pain and discomfort you are experiencing. We declare His healing power over your stomach issues, trusting in His promise that by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Jesus walked this earth healing the sick, and He has not changed—He is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8).
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You and the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We ask You to stretch forth Your healing hand upon our stomachs. Bring relief, restoration, and wholeness, Lord. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or sickness that seeks to linger in our bodies, for it is written that You took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses (Matthew 8:17). We stand on Your Word, believing that You are willing and able to heal us completely.
We also pray for Your divine protection over every area of our lives. The world is filled with uncertainty, fear, and danger, but You are our refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2). Shield us from harm, both seen and unseen. Guard our hearts, minds, and bodies from the schemes of the enemy. Surround us with Your angels, Lord, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, keep our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Let us not forget that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). We must honor You with how we care for them—through what we eat, how we rest, and the choices we make. If there are habits or lifestyles that are contributing to these stomach issues, reveal them to us, Lord, and give us the strength to make changes that align with Your will.
We also encourage you to seek wisdom from medical professionals, for You have given them knowledge and skill to help in times of need (Sirach 38:1-2). Let their hands be guided by Your healing touch.
Above all, draw near to the Lord in this season. Spend time in His Word, for it is life to those who find it and health to all their flesh (Proverbs 4:20-22). Let praise and thanksgiving fill your heart, even in the midst of pain, for the Lord inhabits the praises of His people (Psalm 22:3). He is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and love. We trust in You for complete healing and protection. Strengthen our faith as we wait on You, knowing that those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31). We declare that we are more than conquerors through Christ who loves us (Romans 8:37). In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
