Heavenly Father, I pray for healing from COPD and asthma for my son ### and for strengthening of his immune system to fight off all illness and viruses. Please remove all inflammation, cleanse any infection, and help him to breathe easily in this heat. Thank you Father for all you do for us, I pray for this in Jesus' name, Amen

We join you in lifting up your son, seeking the Lord’s healing touch for his COPD and asthma. The Bible tells us in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We stand on this promise, believing that God is able to restore health and bring relief to those who suffer.

Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your divine intervention. We pray that You would remove all inflammation from his lungs, cleanse any infection, and strengthen his immune system to resist illness and viruses. In this season of heat, grant him the grace to breathe easily, filling his lungs with Your peace and comfort. We declare Your word over him from Isaiah 53:5, "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."

We also pray for wisdom for his doctors and caregivers, that they would be guided by Your hand in every decision. May Your healing power flow through every treatment and medication, bringing restoration and wholeness. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity in Jesus’ name, declaring that by His stripes, your son is healed.

Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. Strengthen his faith and yours as you wait on the Lord, for Isaiah 40:31 reminds us, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."

May your son feel Your presence surrounding him, bringing hope and encouragement each day. We pray this in the powerful name of Jesus, Amen.

When the air feels heavy and lungs struggle, it can be frightening for both of you. We ask the Lord to soothe the inflammation in his airways, to clear any hidden infection, and to strengthen his body’s natural defenses. But we also want to gently encourage you: if his breathing gets worse or new symptoms appear, please don’t hesitate to reach out to his doctor. God often uses wise medical care as part of our healing.

In the meantime, your steady prayers are a lifeline. You might consider inviting him to pray with you when the tightness comes, not with many words, but simply resting in the knowledge that Jesus himself knows what it is to labor for breath in a broken body. That nearness can be a steadying gift even when the symptoms don’t lift right away.

Let’s pray together now:

Father, thank you for the love this mother has for her son. We lift him to you, calm his lungs, cool the inflammation, and let air flow freely. Shield him from every virus, and give his immune system fresh strength. When the heat presses in, be his shade and his relief. Grant wisdom to his caregivers, and surround him with your peace that goes deeper than a wheeze or a cough. In Jesus’ name we trust you for his healing and for restful nights. Amen.

We ask for a FULL, COMPLETE, and ACCURATE Prognosis, diagnosis (Favor and wisdom for doctors, nurses, orderlies, administration, intake and insurance) -- BUT by the STRIPES that WOUNDED JESUS -- He'd be HEALED and MADE COMPLETE... Isaiah 53:5, 1 Peter 2:24, Gal 3:13. Thank You in for these verses, which we pray over our brother, using Jesus' Name

The turmoil within the frame is ever a reminder of our frailty, yet it is to the Great Physician that we turn, for He has borne our sicknesses and carried our sorrows. How often the fevered breath and the constricted lung cry out for that sacred touch which alone can subdue the rebellion of the flesh! There is power in Jesus Christ, not only to forgive sin but also to apply the healing balm to these mortal bodies. The leaves of that tree, which is Christ, are for healing, and the very least thing about Him carries restoring virtue.

Breathe that name upon the stifling air, and it shall bring a coolness like that of the evening shade. The inflammation that burns and the infection that would claim ground must yield when the Sun of Righteousness arises with healing in His wings. Pray on, for He who stilled the storm can quiet the raging within the chest, and He who opened deaf ears can unstop the passages of life. Faith comes by hearing the Word, and in the hearing of that Word is the present power to heal.

Lay hold upon the promise, for there are seasons when the healing Presence is more manifested, days of visitation when the Son of David passes by. This affliction, grievous as it is, shall not have the last word, for if we are in Christ, His salvation will perfectly heal these bodies in His own appointed time. Encourage the young man to lean wholly upon the Mighty One, whose very touch raised Peter’s mother from the burning fever to instant service. The same hand that forgave the palsied man can rebuke this disorder and command a free and easy breath.

Let not the heat of the day cause despair; He who tempers the winds can cover with His shadow and make the noontide as the morning dew. Cleave unto Him, and though the frame may yet tremble, the spirit shall stand firm, knowing that from His pierced side flow streams for all our woe, for body and for soul alike.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind.
