We join you in lifting up your son before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father for complete healing from COPD and asthma. The Word of God assures us that by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on this promise today. We pray that every trace of inflammation be removed, that his lungs be cleansed of infection, and that his immune system be strengthened to resist illness and viruses. May the Lord restore his breath, granting him ease and freedom in every inhalation and exhalation.
Father, we also ask that You would draw near to him in this season of physical struggle. Remind him of Your nearness, for You are the God who heals (Exodus 15:26) and the One who sustains every breath (Acts 17:25). Fill him with peace that surpasses understanding as he trusts in You (Philippians 4:6-7). We declare that no weapon formed against his health shall prosper (Isaiah 53:17) and that Your healing power flows through his body even now.
We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may accompany this illness, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray that he would experience Your presence in tangible ways, sensing Your comfort and strength as he walks through this trial. Surround him with believers who will encourage him in faith and pray over him with authority.
Lord, we also ask that You would guide his medical care. Give wisdom to his doctors and healthcare providers, that they may be instruments of Your healing. May every treatment and medication work in harmony with Your divine plan for his restoration.
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Christ Jesus. We declare that Your healing power is at work in him, and we trust You for a testimony of Your goodness. May his life bring glory to Your name as he walks in divine health. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
