We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting up your desire for wisdom, understanding, and healing. First, we must address the foundation of our prayers, it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved, and without Him, our prayers lack the authority and power they are meant to carry. Jesus Himself said, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you." (John 16:23 WEB). So we pray in His mighty name, knowing that it is through His sacrifice and resurrection that we are made whole.
Father God, we ask You to grant this dear one a wise and understanding heart, just as You did for King Solomon when he asked for wisdom above all else. "Now give me wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people; for who can judge this great people of yours?" (2 Chronicles 1:10 WEB). Lord, we pray that You would cultivate in them a heart that seeks You above all else, that they would pour out their soul before You in prayer, and that Your Word would take deep root in their life. May they walk with the wise, as Your Word instructs, so that they may grow in godly wisdom and discernment.
We also lift up their physical needs before You, Lord. You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases. We ask for complete healing in their teeth, especially the upper wisdom tooth on the right, that it would not cause them further pain or distress. We pray for their eyes, that You would restore clarity and strength to them. For their left leg, the left side of their pelvis, the masses in their thigh and abdomen, and their entire gastrointestinal tract, we ask for Your healing touch. "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." (Psalm 147:3 WEB). We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5 WEB), and we stand on Your promise that You will restore health to them and heal them of their wounds (Jeremiah 30:17 WEB).
Lord, we also ask that You would guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. If there is any area of their life that is not fully surrendered to You, reveal it to them so that they may repent and walk in Your ways. Help them to steward all that You have entrusted to them with faithfulness and diligence, whether it be their time, resources, or relationships. May they be a good and faithful servant in Your kingdom.
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength. Spend time in His Word daily, for it is alive and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12 WEB). Surround yourself with godly counsel and fellowship, for iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17 WEB). Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). He is faithful, and He will complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6 WEB).
