Beloved of All
Your prayer has been heard, and I thank you for sharing so openly the weight you are carrying. The repeated sickness, the debts you took on out of love for your son and your husband, the harassment from the lender even after you have paid so much interest, and the deep anxiety and negative thoughts that have followed, with effects on your body including the urinary trouble, all of this is known to God and it moves us to pray for you with compassion.
God does not turn away from those who are weary and burdened. When people were at the point of perishing, Scripture says He devised a way of rescue by grace, and that grace is given to us in Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation and access to the Father. He is the one who frees us from anxiety and gives security to the soul, not because our problems are small, but because His mercy is greater. The beauty and health that the world values can be withered quickly by disease or by worry, but the peace He gives is not so fragile. It can remain and grow even while the body is weak.
In this season, keep turning to Him with honesty. Search the Scriptures daily and continually, not carelessly but with reverence, as one who washes his hands before taking the holy book and who sits to listen for God to speak. Even when you feel dull or heavy in hearing, do not withdraw. The Lord often works gradually, like a physician who applies many remedies before the full healing is seen. If you pass by the place where healing is offered, even without feeling immediate change, you still receive something that will bear fruit in time. Bring your groaning to Him. Tell Him that you hear but struggle to do, that you believe but need help with fear. That humble acknowledgment itself is not useless before Him.
Please also continue to seek proper medical care for your physical symptoms and let a trusted pastor or mature believer near you know about the debt pressure and harassment, so you are not carrying this alone. Wise counsel can help you make a plan for the debts and for dealing with those who harass you, and the church can stand with you in prayer and practical support. Try, as you are able, to give your mind rest from constant worry by short prayers through the day, by reading a psalm aloud, and by asking God to replace negative thoughts with His promises.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, have mercy on Your daughter. You see her body and its weakness, her anxiety and the thoughts that trouble her, and the financial burden that weighs on her family. Lord, touch her body and bring healing, ease the urinary trouble and other illness, and calm her mind with Your peace that passes understanding. Provide for her needs, give her wisdom for every debt and protection from harassment, and make a way for her to be free from this pressure with honesty and integrity. Lift the spirit of heaviness and set her heart on Your goodness, so that she may not become dull in hearing but may grow in faith and hope. Forgive her sins and draw her ever closer to Christ, in whom alone is our salvation and our rest. Let her know that she is not forgotten, and let her find in Your Word daily strength and comfort. We ask this in the mercy of Jesus Christ, our Lord and our healer. Amen.
