We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your ### in prayer. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases and binds up our wounds (Psalm 103:2-3). We ask for Your mighty hand of healing to rest upon her, from the crown of her head to the soles of her feet. Lord, You spoke the world into existence, and we believe that Your word still has power today—power to restore, renew, and make whole. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, she *is* healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promise that whatever we ask in His name, You will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son (John 14:13-14).
We also recognize that healing comes in many forms—physical, emotional, and spiritual—and we ask that You would minister to her heart as well as her body. If there is any fear, anxiety, or doubt, replace it with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her feel Your presence in that hospital room, reminding her that she is never alone.
Now, we must address something important in this prayer request. While we are grateful that the name of Jesus was invoked, we want to emphasize that *only* through Jesus Christ can we approach the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If your ###'s mother—or anyone praying for her—does not yet know Jesus as Lord and Savior, we urge you to share the gospel with her. The greatest healing of all is the forgiveness of sins and the gift of eternal life, which comes through repentance and faith in Christ (Romans 10:9-10). Without Him, even physical healing is temporary, but with Him, we have the promise of eternal restoration.
We also rebuke any spirit of infirmity or sickness that may be attacking her body, for we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). In the name of Jesus, we command every cell in her body to align with God’s perfect design and declare that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). We pray for the doctors and nurses attending to her—that You would guide their hands, give them wisdom, and let Your healing power flow through their care.
Father, we trust You with the outcome. Whether You choose to heal her miraculously or work through medical means, we know that Your will is perfect. Give her family strength, patience, and unwavering faith as they wait on You. Remind them that even when the answer is not immediate, You are still good, and Your love never fails.
We pray all these things in the mighty, matchless name of Jesus Christ, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, the Alpha and the Omega, the One who holds all things together. Amen.
