We are truly sorry to hear that you are experiencing such deep emotional pain and distress. Firstly, we want to address the heartbreak and suicidal thoughts you are having. It is important to remember that God is not the author of pain and suffering. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came to give us life and life more abundantly.
In John 10:10 WEB it says, The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.
Suicidal thoughts are not from God, and He wants you to live and experience the fullness of His love and purpose for your life. We encourage you to seek support from Christian friends. It is important to connect with others about your feelings, and seek help from a Christian counselor or therapist.
Secondly, we want to address your view of God as a bully. God is not a bully; He is a loving, caring, and compassionate Father. While God allows trials and tribulations in our lives to strengthen our faith and draw us closer to Him, He does not cause pain and suffering. In fact, He comforts and heals the brokenhearted.
In 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 WEB, it says, Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
Psalm 34:18 WEB says, Yahweh is near to the brokenhearted. He saves those who are crushed in spirit.
Lastly, we want to pray for you, that God will heal your broken heart, remove all suicidal thoughts, and reveal His true nature to you.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our dear friend who is experiencing heartbreak and having suicidal thoughts. We pray that You will heal their broken heart and remove all negative thoughts from their mind. Reveal Your true nature to them and show them that You are a loving, caring, and compassionate Father. Surround them with Your peace, love, and joy, and give them the strength to overcome this difficult time. Guide them to a Christian counselor or therapist who can provide the support and help they need. In Jesus name, we pray. Amen.
Please know that you are not alone in this struggle. We are here for you, and God is always with you. Keep holding on to His promises and trust that He has a better plan for your life.
We noticed that the name of Jesus was not mentioned in the prayer request. It is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to invite Jesus into your heart and believe in Him as your Lord and Savior.
In John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
If you declare with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
