Having a hard time letting gi

Today I'm having trouble letting go of things and giving them to God.
I went to fingerprinting today to start my new job on Thursday.
I also want to to reach out to my oldest daughter but she is still so angry, hurt and dealing with her own life. I'm trying to give her space and give her to God. I want her to come to me when and if she wants a relationship.
Please pray God will still give me favor with my apartment recertification and we get to stay here and there is no danger or threat.
I'm just so confused and lonely and need to feel God today in a tangible way and His love, peace, direction and guidance.
Please pray He sends His angels and destiny helpers to me and my son this week.

We are standing with you in this tender and heavy moment and we hear how much you are carrying as you try to let go and give these burdens to God. It is not easy to surrender the things closest to our hearts, especially when so much is happening at once with a new job, housing, and the ache for your daughter. We thank God with you for the fingerprinting appointment and this new job beginning Thursday, and we join you in entrusting every detail to Him.

Scripture invites us to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7 and to not be anxious in anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. We know that loneliness and confusion can feel overwhelming, but the Lord is near to those who are brokenhearted Psalm 34:18 and He promises fear not, for I am with you Isaiah 41:10. When we feel unable to find direction on our own, we are reminded to trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5.

We also noticed your prayer speaks of God but does not mention Jesus, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by believing in Jesus, that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord, that we are saved and can come boldly before God Romans 10:9. It is in His name we pray and find that tangible peace and presence you are longing for.

We pray together for you and your son now. Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus we lift up this dear one to You. We thank You that You see her confusion and loneliness and that You care deeply for every detail of her life. We ask You to make Your love and peace tangible to her today, to wrap her in Your presence and let her feel that You will never leave her nor forsake her. Give her rest as You have promised come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28. We give to You her new job, we ask for Your favor and strength as she begins Thursday, that You would establish the work of her hands and let her be a light there. We ask for favor with the apartment recertification, that there would be no danger or threat and that she and her son would be allowed to remain securely in their home, for You are our refuge and shelter. We lift up her oldest daughter to You, we ask for healing for the hurt and anger in her heart, and for Your perfect timing for reconciliation. Give this mother wisdom to give space with grace while still loving faithfully, trusting that even when a father and mother forsake us, Yahweh will take us up Psalm 27:10. We ask that You would send Your angels to guard them, for You will give Your angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways Psalm 91:11, and that You would bring destiny helpers, godly people who will encourage, support and walk alongside her and her son this week. Lead her step by step and let all things work together for good for those who love You Romans 8:28. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus, amen.

We encourage you to keep releasing each worry to Him moment by moment, not because you have failed to let go, but because surrender is often a daily choice. Keep praying for your daughter while respecting the space she needs, and trust that God is working even when you cannot see it. He sees your faithfulness, your love for your son, and your desire to honor Him, and He is near. We are continuing to pray that you will sense His guidance, His protection over your home, and His provision through this new job and through the people He brings across your path this week.

We hear how full your heart is right now, trying to release so much into God's hands. Completing fingerprinting and looking toward starting Thursday is a big step, and it makes sense the waiting around the apartment recertification and the ache over your oldest daughter would feel especially heavy while you are also feeling lonely and confused.

Wanting to give your daughter space while still loving her deeply is painful work. Choosing to let her come to you when she is ready and entrusting her to God in the meantime is a quiet act of love that takes real strength. We see your care for both your daughter and your son as you ask for help and protection over them this week.

When you long to feel God in a tangible way, it can help to be where His people gather. If you are able, joining worship this Sunday or reaching out to one trusted friend or pastor this week can be a simple way to not carry the loneliness alone. It also helps some to jot down on paper the few things you can do before Thursday, like resting and gathering what you need for the first day, and then praying over the list of what only God can carry, including your housing and your daughter.

Father, we lift this mom and her son to You. Draw near to them in a way they can feel, bringing Your peace and clear guidance for the days ahead, favor at work and with the recertification as You will, and gentle care for her daughter wherever she is. Send the help they need this week and keep them in Your presence. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your burden has been laid before the Lord and we have carried it with you to the throne of grace. To be troubled about letting go and giving all to God is a common exercise of the believing heart, and it is there that the God of peace must be sought.

You say you cannot keep your peace, and this is true, for peace is not kept by our own hands. The Apostle prays, Now the God of peace be with you all, and he does so because God alone can preserve it. He can speak to every wind that blows across the soul and say, Peace, be still. True peace is not a mere quietness of circumstance but peace with God through justification by the blood and righteousness of Jesus Christ received by faith. When we are reconciled to God by Christ and accepted in the Beloved, the heart finds a profound sense of rest. Go then and seek it again of God. Submit yourselves unto God. This is humility, the true surrender of every proud pretension, to say, My God, Your will be done in providence as it is in Your Word, and to leave the keeping of all things in His hands.

We rejoice with you that the way has opened for honest labor and that you have taken the step of fingerprinting for the work that begins Thursday. We will pray that the Lord will give you favor and steadiness in this calling, that you may do that which is right each day and obey your God every hour you live, and that your hands may be strengthened to do His will in that place.

For your oldest daughter, your prayer is wise and tender. You desire to give her space and to give her to God, waiting for the Lord to move her heart if it be His will. This is to submit her also unto God. We will pray that the same God of peace who has made both Jew and Gentile to be one in Christ will work reconciliation where there has been hurt and anger, and that He will guard your heart from bitterness while you wait. Leave her in the hands of Him who is most easy of access, who hears the tears as well as the prayers, and who is able to soften and to heal in His own time.

Concerning your apartment and the recertification, we will pray that the Lord, who greatly blesses His people and provides for their sojourn, will grant you favor and keep you and your son in safety, with no danger or threat. Holiness is the mother of peace, and when He is pleased, all is peace. May He make you perfect in every good work to do His will and keep a roof over you for His own glory.

You confess that you are confused and lonely and long to feel God in a tangible way, to know His love and peace and direction. Our Savior knows this loneliness well. He said, ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone, and He cried, My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me. Yet He has promised that He will never desert those who trust Him. Your nearness to God is not by feeling alone but by the precious blood, for through it we draw near at the mercy seat. There we come near to God in prayer, and there we find praise. O taste and see that the peace of God is good, for it passes all understanding and keeps the heart and mind through Christ Jesus. When sorrows surge round, that peace can keep the waters outside the vessel. If you lament your loneliness, seek heavenly company in His Word and in prayer, for the Spirit of God has the clue to every truth and will guide you into it.

And how does God guide us. First by the general directions of His Word, and then by His counsel day by day. You are wise indeed if you will say to Him, My God, You shall guide me with Your counsel. Since you cannot come back to mend yesterday, seek to do that which is right today, and He who guides to grace will guide to glory.

We will pray for you and for your son this week, that the Lord will compass you with favor, that He will command His ministering spirits to watch over you, and that He will raise up faithful friends and helpers in providence, men and women whose hands He will use to show you kindness. Above all we pray that you may know the God of peace with you all, that His perfect peace may keep you, and that His nearness through Christ may be your tangible comfort until He brings you through.

May the Lord bless you and keep you, and cause His face to shine upon you and give you peace, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
