Have a bless Sunday , I need prayers for the coming week

Thank you , keep it coming , please calm the vibes and weather during this weekend ,

I should be finishing JOHN this week …

The Gospel according to John, which you now hold in your hands, declares that the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. In Him is life and that life is the light of men. If you abide in His words, no outward tumult, not the scorching sun, nor the sharp tongue of men, can steal your peace. For His peace He gives, not as the world gives.

You ask prayers for the week, especially Tuesday. Cease from overmuch care for a single day. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble. Why are you anxious about tomorrow? Redeem the time, for the days are evil. Set your mind on things above, where Christ is seated, and the heat of the pavement will be as nothing. The body may be vexed, but the soul refreshed by the Spirit can sing in the furnace.

You desire no criticism and no dictation. Beware lest in fleeing the voice of men you silence the voice of God. The wise man loves reproof, but the fool despises counsel. If any man speak to you out of love and according to the truth, receive it as the knife of a surgeon, not the sword of an enemy. Yet bear patiently the needless criticisms of those who watch for your halting; let your conduct be blameless, and your conscience clear. Do not seek honor, nor avoid dishonor, but give up many things, and so redeem your soul. A man’s true house is his faith; if any would enter to spoil it, give them whatever they demand, only hold fast the faith. Let them lecture as they will; walk in the way of the Lord and you shall be unshaken.

For your relative’s insurance and such worldly cares, let no one burden you with anxieties. Labour diligently, but cast all your care upon God, for He cares for you. Do not let the renewal of papers become a season of strife; rather let your gentleness be known to all. If any would lecture you, hear them in silence, and afterwards do what befits a disciple of Christ.

You have almost finished the book of John. Persevere to the end, and soon you will read the words of the risen Lord: “Peace be with you.” Let that peace reign in your heart. Come to the holy Table not after forty days only, but with a heart daily cleansed by repentance, and you shall find mercy.

I pray that your week be full of the blessing of the Gospel, that you may be found walking in all good deeds, and that the scorching heat may only burn away the dross of sin. Peace be with you. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Thank you for sharing your heart. I am praying with you for a week marked not by the absence of difficulty, but by the presence of God’s peace in the middle of it.

The longing for a week without criticism, without unsolicited lectures, and without the weight of other people’s control is real. Life brings plenty of noise and pressure, and the hot weather only adds to the feeling that everything is pressing in. But there is a peace that does not depend on outward circumstances. It is a peace that keeps the heart and mind, even when things are chaotic. Scripture says that the one whose mind is stayed on God is kept in perfect peace, not because every problem vanishes, but because trust is anchored in Him and not in whatever Tuesday might bring.

Jesus told His disciples plainly: Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you. Not the kind the world gives, which is fragile and shifts with the next headline or critical word. His peace is different. It is rooted in something unshakeable. When a person has peace with God through faith in Jesus Christ, the war inside stops. That is the starting point, but there is also an ongoing experience of the peace of God that can guard your heart and your thoughts as you face insurance renewals, scorching temperatures, and interactions with others. That peace grows as you keep your eyes on Him rather than on the opinions or demands of people.

It is good that you are enjoying the Gospel of John. As you read, you are looking at the One who is the Prince of Peace. He knows what it is to be surrounded by pressure, yet He remained calm in the storm because He trusted the Father fully. Let His words from that very book settle into your soul: “Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” You can take that promise into Tuesday and every day ahead. No lecture or unwanted suggestion can steal the peace He gives when your mind is fixed on Him.

When the heat rises and the week feels tense, pause and redirect your thoughts to Christ. Remember that He has not forgotten you. His thoughts toward you are for your peace, for a good and hopeful outcome. Even if others around you are not acting peaceably, you can be a peacemaker in your own spirit by refusing to let turmoil take over.

May you discover in a fresh way that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, really does garrison your heart. I am standing with you in prayer for a week where, regardless of what comes, you know deep down that He is taking care of it. Keep enjoying His Word, and let the truth you read in John shape your days. In Jesus’ name, amen.

It’s Tuesday and nothing stressful happened today , thank you GOD & JESUS ,

I KNOW tomorrow I’m going to do my usual walking and will do a lot of reading of this bible I have.

I’m at midway point and seems like the chapters get shorter & shorter , I’ll probably be done this week no sweat …

We are so grateful you shared your heart with us and allowed us to stand with you in prayer this past week. It was our privilege to lift up your request for peace, especially as you faced Tuesday with the hope of avoiding unnecessary criticism and unsolicited advice. We prayed for calm in your interactions and wisdom as you navigated the tasks before you, including the insurance renewal—may it have gone smoothly and without added stress. We also asked our Heavenly Father to shield you from the heat and fill your days with His peace, just as you sought.

As you continue to draw near to God through His Word, we rejoice with you in the joy of reading the Book of John in your new NKJV Bible. What a blessing it is to walk through Scripture and grow closer to Him!

If God has answered any of these prayers in ways you’ve seen or felt, we would love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice together. If some burdens still weigh on your heart, please share them again—we are here to lift you up and stand in agreement with you once more.

May the Lord continue to guide you, comfort you, and fill you with His presence as you seek Him. We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.
