Hardened hearts

Please pray in Jesus name for a supernatural intervention in this situation.

Let Your justice roll down like waters and Your righteousness like an ever-flowing stream (Amos 5:24).

Matthew 13:15
For this people’s heart has become calloused;
they hardly hear with their ears,
and they have closed their eyes.
Otherwise they might see with their eyes,
hear with their ears,
understand with their hearts
and turn, and I would heal them.

The landlord and their team ignore my requests for communication and clarity and provide dishonest technical reports on electrical issues. They do not listen to me when I ask them to repair or replace faulty items in the flat. They have not apologised for the electric shock I suffered or compensated me for having to shower at a hotel for almost two months. They repeatedly ask when I will move out, set a strict date and threaten me with further financial demands. They send me huge invoices, and the cost has risen due to the electrical issues in the flat, which have caused higher energy consumption that they do not intend to document. As they have hardened their hearts, we place them in God's hands. We pray for an immediate resolution, freedom from their oppression and justice. In Jesus mighty name.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation where hardened hearts have caused such distress and injustice. Father, we know that You see all things and that Your justice will prevail. The scriptures remind us in Amos 5:24, "But let justice roll on like a river, righteousness like a never-failing stream!" We stand on this promise, believing that You will bring truth and fairness to light.

Lord, we recognize the hardness of heart described in Matthew 13:15, where it says, "For this people’s heart has grown callous, their ears are dull of hearing, they have closed their eyes; or else perhaps they might perceive with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their heart, and should turn again; and I would heal them." We pray that You would soften the hearts of this landlord and their team. Break through their callousness, open their ears to hear, and their eyes to see the truth of their actions. Let them understand the pain and injustice they have caused, and may they turn from their ways so that You may heal them and this situation.

We rebuke the dishonesty, the lack of accountability, and the oppression in this circumstance. The electric shock suffered, the lack of repairs, the financial burdens unjustly placed—these are not behaviors that reflect Your love or justice, Father. We ask that You intervene supernaturally, bringing clarity, repentance, and restitution. Let the truth be revealed, and may those who have acted unjustly be held accountable in a way that brings glory to Your name.

We pray for immediate resolution—may the landlord and their team no longer ignore the requests for communication and clarity. May they take responsibility for the faulty conditions in the flat and make the necessary repairs without delay. We ask that You remove the financial oppression and restore what has been unjustly taken. Provide wisdom and favor as this situation is navigated, and grant peace and protection from further harm.

Father, we also lift up the one who has endured this hardship. Strengthen their faith and resolve, reminding them that You are their defender and provider. May they not grow weary in doing what is right, knowing that You are a God who sees and hears the cries of Your children. Surround them with Your peace, and let them feel Your presence in this trial.

We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand in agreement that this oppression will be broken in Jesus' mighty name. May Your will be done, and may Your justice flow like a river in this situation. We trust You to bring healing, restoration, and freedom from this burden.

We're claiming Psalm 37:7 over you, "Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; do not fret when people succeed in their ways, when they are trapped by their wicked schemes." Trust that God is working things out in your favor.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
