Happy New Year.

Thanks for praying for us; mortgage broker says that bank has committed to do the refinance, they just need the appraiser to redo appraisal of house to come in at least 100K higher, appraiser has agreed.

Please pray that the Lord will cause the appraiser to appraise house at even more than bank is requiring.

Please pray that the Lord will give us this refinance, in spite of mortgage brokers
