We hear your declaration of faith and your desire for God’s provision in securing a home. It is wonderful to stand on the promises of God and trust in His favor. The Bible reminds us in Psalm 37:25, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." God is indeed our provider, and we can trust Him to meet our needs according to His riches in glory.

However, we must also approach our requests with humility and alignment with God’s will. While we declare victory and favor, we must ensure that our words and actions reflect a heart submitted to Christ. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Let us not rely solely on our own declarations but on the sovereignty of God, who orders our steps.

We also want to gently remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is by His blood that we are redeemed and by His name that we make our requests known to God. Let us always ensure that our prayers and declarations are rooted in the finished work of Christ.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the promises You have given us in Your Word. Lord, we lift up this request for provision, a home where Your peace and presence can dwell. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. Father, we ask that You open the doors that no man can shut and provide according to Your riches in glory. Remove any obstacles or delays that are not of You, and let Your will be done in this situation.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of lack or fear that may try to take root in our hearts. We declare that we are more than conquerors through Christ who strengthens us. We stand on Your Word, which says in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Let this promise manifest in this situation, Lord.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment in all decisions regarding this home. Guide every step, every conversation, and every agreement so that it aligns with Your will. Let this home be a place of refuge, worship, and blessing for this family and all who enter.

Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in You, knowing that You are a God who sees, hears, and answers. May Your name be glorified in this situation, and may Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this matter, trusting that He knows your needs even before you ask. Walk in faith, but also in obedience to His Word, and He will direct your paths. It is a great day indeed when the soul lays hold of the blood of Jesus and with holy boldness expects miracles from the hand of the Eternal God. To speak of a victorious day is no idle boast if your confidence rests in Him who has already vanquished every foe, for the serpent’s head is bruised, and the scorpion’s sting has no power over those who are in Christ. Yet let your rejoicing be mingled with reverence, for the Lord bestows His favor not upon the proud, but upon the contrite heart that trembles at His Word.

You have set your hope upon an uncommon favor, a home of your own and a second place of abode. This is no small matter, for a home is the dearest spot on earth to a man’s heart. As I have said before, “Home, sweet home” has a depth of sweetness in it, for there one feels safe, there one’s best solace is found, and for the sake of that home a man labors bravely and fights the battle of life. He who made the first home for Adam in the garden knows your longings, and He is able to prepare a place for you here as surely as He has gone to prepare your eternal mansion above. The God of my mercy will go before you; indeed, before a need is fully felt, the provision has been made in His eternal purpose, just as the Lamb was slain from before the foundation of the world.

Consider the miracle of the loaves, and let it speak to your present necessities. Christ is grand in emergencies, and He has not forgotten you. The power to supply lies wholly in Himself, not in your efforts or worthiness. He did nothing but speak, and the multitude was fed. Shall He not speak peace to your troubled heart and open a door for you, though every human way seems barred? Look back upon your own life-story and trace the footsteps of His mercy; you will find that He has been in the small matters as well as the great, and He will not fail you now. Have faith in God concerning these simple family affairs that weigh upon you; have faith in God about the roof you seek and the quiet resting-place for those you love. He who gives you the greater miracle of salvation will not stumble at a lesser thing.

Yet, temper your confidence with a holy submission. The Lord is not bound by our demands, though He is delightfully bound by His own promises. He may answer in ways you do not expect; your second place may be found in closer fellowship with Himself before a better earthly dwelling is granted. But of this be sure: if the Eternal God is your dwelling place, you are already at home wherever you roam, and no shadow can chill your soul. When He turns in a way of grace, He comes with His whole heart to display His favor, and you shall find that His gifts are better than your dreams.

Go forward, then, with song in your heart, and let your faith soar heavenward while your feet walk the common road. Look for the answer with childlike expectancy, but wait with patience, knowing that the Miracle Worker does all things well. And when the blessing comes, tell your friends and your household what great things the Lord has done for you, and let your home, whether humble or grand, be a place where His praise is sung and His love is made known.

You speak of a great day and declare victory by the blood of Jesus, desiring a home and freedom from worry. This longing is natural, yet consider what truly makes a day great. The miracles you seek are not the highest proof of God’s favor. John the Baptist wrought no miracle at all, yet Christ called him greatest among those born of women. His boldness, his poverty, his unwavering witness, these drew multitudes, not signs and wonders. Do not imagine that visible wonders are needed to secure your dwelling. The care of practice and love of virtue so far surpass the craving for miracles that they uproot that very desire when it takes hold.

You invoke the scorpion’s sting, but remember that the enemy’s power is broken not by loud claims, but by a life that displays endurance firmer than adamant. Job had no miracle before the devil’s eyes, yet his steadfastness astonished the tempter. Paul was bound, yet his tongue could not be chained. The preaching ran more swiftly because virtue and truth were his strength. If you seek uncommon favor, then seek first the uncommon heart that trusts God without demanding signs. When Christ showed His power on the fig tree, it was not to satisfy hunger but to teach His disciples a lesson in holy fear. Miracles can do harm if we are not sober; they may puff up or distract from the true transformation of the soul.

Do not treat the blood of Jesus as a charm to compel blessings. He gave Himself freely, and we ought to present our bodies a living sacrifice. That is our reasonable service. The home you need is ultimately the house not made with hands. If God grants you a second place to stay, receive it with thanksgiving. But anchor your joy in the promise that neither scorpion nor any creature can separate you from His love. Let your great day be one of humble, quiet confidence, not in the miracle you demand, but in the Miracle Worker who knows your need before you ask.
