I'm concerned that this mag have not be legitimate. It sounds like a scam. I do hope I'm wrong.

I hope family get your money. But I must add that unless you know that 'someone' that won, you can't be sure. In other words the so call someone is in on the scam or it's completely made up. To ask payment from a winner before being entitled to receive their lotto sounds fishy.
Don't send money until you investigate the lotto company and license my friend.
Friend at the end if the day, I just don't want your family to keep putting money into something that will not be productive. I sincerely hope that I'm wrong.
