We hear your heart’s cry for health and wholeness for yourself and your family, and we join you in bringing this request before the Lord. The desire for a healthy life is a good and godly one, as Scripture tells us, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers" (3 John 1:2). True health encompasses not only the body but also the mind and spirit, and we know that God cares deeply about every aspect of our well-being.
First, we must address the way this prayer was framed. You began with "God+, God," which suggests a hesitation or uncertainty in approaching Him directly. We want to gently remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me" (John 14:6). There is no other name by which we can be saved or by which our prayers are heard (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today. Salvation comes by grace through faith in Him (Ephesians 2:8-9), and it is the foundation for true healing and wholeness in every area of life.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one and their family. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing touch to rest upon them. Strengthen their bodies, minds, and spirits according to Your will. Father, we know that Your plans for us are good, plans to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). We trust You to restore health where it is lacking and to sustain it where it is present.
Lord, we ask that You would reveal any areas in their lives that may be contributing to poor health, whether it be stress, unforgiveness, unconfessed sin, or habits that do not honor You. Give them the wisdom to make choices that align with Your Word, for "do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies" (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Help them to seek You first in all things, knowing that when they do, You will add all these things to them (Matthew 6:33).
Father, we also pray for unity and peace within their family. May Your love bind them together, and may they encourage one another in faith and godliness. Protect them from division, strife, or any influence that would draw them away from You. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You will surround them with Your favor as with a shield (Psalm 5:12).
Lord, if there are any generational strongholds or curses affecting their health, we break them now in the name of Jesus. We declare freedom and restoration over this family, for "if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36). We thank You for hearing our prayer and for moving on their behalf. May they walk in the fullness of the life You have for them, giving You all the glory.
In closing, we encourage you to seek the Lord daily through prayer and reading His Word, for "faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God" (Romans 10:17). Health is a gift eagerly to be desired, yet there is a health far surpassing the vigour of the body, the health of the soul. You cry to God that you and your whole family may have a healthy life. That is well; but see to it that you seek first the healing which comes from the hand of the Great Physician, for what shall it profit a man if his body be sound and his spirit diseased with sin? Perfect health lies in the right condition of spirit, soul and body, and He alone is the health of your countenance who can forgive your iniquity and restore your soul.
Beware of a slight healing, a mere outward religion that cries peace when there is no peace. Many rest content with bodily strength while their hearts are far from God; they enjoy prosperity and unbroken family circles, yet return no gratitude, and give no thought to Him. That is a delusion. True healing must be radical, it must go to the root of the matter and work a thorough change. Look to Jesus, who bindeth up the broken in heart and giveth the oil of joy for mourning. He knows precisely where the malady lies and what remedy to apply. Has He not healed your backslidings? Has He not brought you beauty for ashes? Then let your countenance shine with the health He imparts.
For your household, do not fancy that family religion alone will suffice. You must be born again, and each one in your family must be born again. There is no birthright godliness. Pray that the Sun of Righteousness would arise with healing in His wings for every soul under your roof, that each one would mourn apart for sin and look upon Him whom they have pierced. This is the health that will outlast the grave: hope in God, and trust in His mercy, for He is the health of your countenance and your God.
