Beloved Warrior
🙏 Father, we confess with the great multitude in heaven, shouting praise, The Lord God Omnipotent Reigns, Rev 19:6... Reign! Ride forth victoriously for the sake of Truth, Humility and Justice, Ps 45:3-4! Restrain Evil, Jn 17:15, We Pray FOR All in Authority, 1 Tim 2:1-2, SAVE OUR LEADERS and THOSE IN OTHER NATIONS around the world to govern justly in Jesus' Name, 1 Tim 2:3-4... 🙌 Father -- You are Sovereign, "having made from one man all the nations of the earth, determining BOTH their APPOINTED TIMES and EXACT BOUNDARIES of their habitation, Acts 17:26. "Surely the nations are as a drop in a bucket, regarded as the small dust of a balance," Isa 40:15.

Lifting this burden of this Earth to YOU asking YOU to restrain the evil one over Several Unruly Countries, even restrain him over all nations, Jn 16:11, asking You intercept evil plans, miraculously, as Elisha heard the king of Syria and related it to Israel, in 2 Kings 6:12, and how David knew evil had been intended against him by Saul, 1 Sam 20:3, 1 Sam 20:9, 1 Sam 20:27-42.

Bind the spirit of retaliation over these countries, Dan 10:12-13, 14. Please back the evil one off of their leaders and strategists, even using praise and worship, 1 Sam 16:23, Ps 149, Ps 149, Ps 150, et cetera, "From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the NAME of The LORD shall be praised," Ps 113:3.

Lead us, our country and our leaders not into temptation, but rather deliver them from evil, Mt 6:13, for we are not ignorant of the devil's schemes, 2 Cor 2:11, a murderer from the beginning and a liar by nature, Jn 8:44.

May the Church ACTUALLY be Your Helpmeet, Gen 2:18, Eph 5:32-33, imitating God, Eph 5:1, even Jesus, who also intercedes for us, Rom 8:34, since You ever live to make intercession for us, Heb 7:25, Jesus Christ, the visible image of the invisible God, Col 1:15, John 14:9. "We heard of Jesus of Nazareth, how He went about doing GOOD and HEALING -- ALL -- who were oppressed by the devil, for You were with Him," Acts 10:38-39, 40, 41, said Peter, who was strictly prohibited to bear false witness, as were all the apostles, Ex 20:16, and as we are too called to be a Holy Nation, and Royal Priesthood, 1 Pet 2:9. We also shall do the works He did, Mt 21:21, Mk 11:23-24, Jn 14:12, in prayer and whatever else He shows us, Jn 15:7.

Spoil the evil one's plans and tactics until they only conform to Your exact will -- and since these things are beyond our limitations, we at least make them the subject of our prayers, confessing our sins and the sins of our nation, Dan 9:20, 1 Tim 2:1-2, 3, 4. Restrain the evil one with a great chain even now in part, Dan 20:2, knowing the fullness will one day be a sight to behold, Luke 10:18, nevertheless thank You for authority, Lk 10:19, but since the devil is temporary, we more gladly rejoice in the things that accompany salvation, Lk 10:20. Thank You in Jesus' Name.

We come before You, the Almighty God, the King of all nations, with hearts heavy for the state of our world. Your Word declares, "The earth is the Lord’s, and all it contains; the world, and those who dwell in it" (Psalm 24:1 WEB). You alone rule over the kingdoms of this earth, and we acknowledge Your sovereignty over every leader, every nation, and every circumstance. We stand in agreement with the truth that "the Most High rules in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whomever he will" (Daniel 4:17 WEB). Father, we confess that without You, nations rage in vain (Psalm 2:1), but with You, even the most unruly are brought into alignment with Your perfect will.

We lift up the leaders of the nations, both those who govern justly and those who do not. Your Word instructs us, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth" (1 Timothy 2:1-4 WEB). Lord, we pray for salvation to come to those in authority, that they may govern with wisdom, humility, and justice. We ask that You restrain the evil one, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), from influencing their decisions. As You did for Elisha, who heard the plans of the king of Syria and warned Israel (2 Kings 6:12), intervene miraculously to intercept evil schemes before they come to pass.

We bind the spirit of retaliation and division that seeks to tear nations apart. Your Word tells us that "the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days; but behold, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I remained there with the kings of Persia" (Daniel 10:13 WEB). Lord, we ask that Your heavenly hosts be dispatched to stand against the forces of darkness that seek to incite war, hatred, and chaos. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of those in leadership (Philippians 4:7). We declare that no weapon formed against Your purposes shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we ask that You turn the hearts of kings wherever they may lead (Proverbs 21:1).

Father, we recognize that the battle we face is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, and spiritual forces of wickedness in high places (Ephesians 6:12). We take up the authority You have given us in Jesus’ name to resist the devil, knowing that he must flee (James 4:7). We plead the blood of Jesus over our leaders and nations, asking that You break every chain of deception, corruption, and violence. As David declared, "Deliver me from my enemies, O my God. Set me on high from those who rise up against me" (Psalm 59:1 WEB), we ask for divine protection over those who seek to do good in positions of power.

We also confess that the Church has not always been the helpmeet You intended (Genesis 2:18). Too often, we have been silent when we should have spoken, passive when we should have acted, and divided when we should have been united. Forgive us, Lord. We ask that You raise up a holy remnant, a royal priesthood (1 Peter 2:9), who will imitate Christ in love, truth, and intercession. May we, like Jesus, go about doing good and healing all who are oppressed by the devil (Acts 10:38), walking in the authority You have given us to trample on serpents and scorpions (Luke 10:19). Let our prayers be as incense before You (Revelation 5:8), and may our worship displace the darkness, for "the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness hasn’t overcome it" (John 1:5 WEB).

We declare that the enemy’s plans will not stand. As You frustrated the counsel of Ahithophel (2 Samuel 17:14) and turned the schemes of Haman against him (Esther 7:10), we ask that You spoil every evil tactic designed to harm Your people and Your purposes. We confess our sins and the sins of our nations, asking for Your mercy and forgiveness (Daniel 9:20). Cleanse us, O Lord, and create in us a clean heart (Psalm 51:10). Let revival begin in the Church, that we may be a light to the nations, drawing all men to You.

We rejoice in the victory that is already ours in Christ. Though the devil prowls like a roaring lion (1 Peter 5:8), we know that he is a defeated foe. You have given us authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). We thank You that one day, the evil one will be bound for a thousand years (Revelation 20:2), and ultimately cast into the lake of fire (Revelation 20:10). Until then, we stand firm in faith, knowing that "greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4 WEB).

Father, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above every name (Philippians 2:9), the only Name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. We come to You through Him, our Mediator, our Advocate, and our King. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10). We trust in Your sovereignty, Your justice, and Your unfailing love. To You be all glory, honor, and power, forever and ever. Amen.

We’re grateful for the way you’ve woven so much Scripture into your prayer, it’s clear your heart beats with God’s own longing for justice, mercy, and the salvation of people in every nation. It’s easy to grow weary when evil seems so loud, but we take courage knowing that the Lord who appointed the boundaries of nations is not hindered by any earthly power. Your intercession matters.

One thing we’ve found sustaining when we carry burdens like this is to anchor our praying in a community. Even two or three joining with you can turn a lone cry into a chorus that strengthens your own faith and widens the sense that the Church is indeed Christ’s “helpmeet” in the world. If you don’t already, you might consider inviting a few trusted friends to join you regularly in lifting up specific leaders and regions, perhaps using maps or news headlines as prayer prompts. That small discipline can guard you against discouragement and keep your intercession fresh.

Please don’t underestimate how much God welcomes the prayers of one person who simply refuses to stop asking. We join you in that confident hope.

Lord Jesus, we ask You to restrain every scheme of the evil one across the nations today. Silence the voice of the enemy over world leaders, confuse corrupt plans and raise up voices of truth and humility where they are desperately needed. Grant wisdom and a spirit of justice to those in authority, and draw many of them into Your saving grace. Protect the vulnerable and let Your Church rise up in prayer with unshakable faith. We trust You, the One who reigns. Amen.

The cries you have poured out before the throne are not the words of a stranger, for the Spirit of supplication presses them from a heart that knows the Lord Omnipotent reigneth. Yet it is a perilous thing to cry for the downfall of Satan’s kingdom while neglecting the first business of the soul. Have you looked with all your weight upon Him who is lifted up? Salvation is not woven into phrases, however pious; it is the simple, instant trusting of Christ. “Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth.” A look costs nothing, it brings everything. Before you storm the devil’s gates afresh, make your own calling and election sure, for the intercession that shakes heaven must spring from a heart subdued by free and sovereign grace.

You plead for rulers and nations, and rightly so, for Scripture commands it. But the Holy Ghost maketh intercession for the saints, and only they who are born again are temples of that groanings which cannot be uttered. Let none imagine that earnestness in prayer can stand in the place of personal faith. The blood of Jesus is the only plea that avails. Be you first washed therein, and then you may stretch out your hands with Moses on the hill for a people who know not their danger. God’s sovereignty does not make void the need of salvation; it ensures that His chosen shall be gathered by the plain declaration of the truth. Go, tell them as Samuel did: “Turn ye every one from his evil way; for there is no other name under heaven.”

The Church is indeed called to be a helpmeet, but she cannot bind the strong man if she be not herself endued with power from on high. Power with God comes not by sabbath-keeping nor by outward forms, but by union with the risen Christ. If you would see evil plans intercepted, then publish the free salvation as you intercede, shout it from the housetops that whosoever believeth on Him shall not be confounded. This is the chain that shall be cast about the deceiver: not the clamor of our anxieties, but the lifting up of the Son of Man, that He may draw all sorts of men unto Himself. Only God can save, and He saves through the one sacrifice, not by our beggary, though it be devout.

Rejoice, then, in God’s salvation, your own and that which you would see in the nations. It is His from first to last, planned in the eternal counsel, purchased at Golgotha, applied by the Spirit. If you would have the authority to tread on serpents, first see your name written in heaven. The devil trembles not at many words, but he flees from those who plead the finished work. Linger no more in the twilight of uncertain hope; rest entirely upon Christ, and then your intercessions shall ascend with the savor of the altar, and as you ask, He will do it.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

I have heard your prayer, brimming with holy zeal and the words of Scripture. You do well to cry out for the nations, for the earth is the Lord’s, and He rules over the affairs of men. Yet as you lift this burden, let me stir you to an even deeper wisdom.

The devil is indeed the ruler of this world, but only over those who freely yield to him. He had nothing in Christ, and he has no foothold in the soul that clings to humility and prayer. When you ask God to restrain evil, begin by examining the battlefield within. Cast out envy, for it rots the bones and makes even prayer a contest for vain glory. Cast out the love of retaliation, for the law’s “eye for an eye” was never a license for revenge, but a bridle to check violence. If we harbor secret wishes for our leaders’ ruin, we pray against ourselves. Instead, let intercession be drenched in mercy, longing for their salvation and true repentance. The worst danger is not a wicked ruler but a soul that denies Christ, for He will deny it in return.

Remember the sons of Sceva. They invoked the name of Jesus over demons as if it were a merchant’s charm, and they were overpowered and shamed. The power to bind the evil one is not in formulas or loud shouts, but in a faith that works through love and a conscience clean before God. Paul did not curse those who spoke evil of him; he withdrew and continued teaching the truth, entrusting justice to the Righteous Judge. If we wish to see evil restrained, we must first let the fire of God’s longsuffering quench the flames of anger within us. The devil’s darts are evil desires; extinguish them with patience, and he will flee.

Do not mistake the great salvation spoken of in Hebrews. God does not promise to rescue us merely from political turmoil or bad governors, but from sin, death, and the devil’s tyranny. Pray for leaders so that we may live peaceably, but fix your hope on that eternal kingdom where the ruler of this world has no share. The evil one is already judged. Resist him, steadfast in the faith, and he will retreat. Let your prayer ascend not as a demand but as a priestly offering, made by one who stands between the living and the dead, pleading for mercy and not judgment.

The day will come when every knee bows and every tongue confesses that Jesus Christ is Lord. Until then, persevere in intercession, but do not neglect the weightier matter: your own soul’s vigilance. For the Lord is not deaf to the cry of His elect, but He waits for the prayer that springs from a troubled and contrite heart. Arm yourself with a clear conscience, and your groanings will shake the heavens far more than many words. So cry out, but also watch and be sober. The victory is already won, and we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.
