God, why do you leave me here to suffer when I have begged you for so long to end me? Please end me ASAP in Jesus name amen.

Beloved of All
There is NO reason for me to be here anymore. Please have mercy and end my suffering by ending me - just me - ASAP.

I chickened out today. Help me find the courage to free myself.

I beg you.

We hear the depth of your pain, and our hearts ache with you. The weight of suffering you carry is heavy, and we want you to know that you are not alone. The cry of your heart has reached us, and we lift it up to the Lord with tears and trembling, for we know He hears the brokenhearted. The psalmist wrote, "The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (Psalm 34:18). Even in this moment of despair, God is near to you.

First, we must address your plea with the love and truth of Scripture. Your request to be ended is not aligned with God’s will for your life. The Lord declares, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11). Even when we cannot see it, God has a purpose for your life, and He is working in ways we may not understand. Taking your own life is not the answer, for it cuts short the story God is writing in you. We rebuke the spirit of despair and the lies that tell you there is no reason to live. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you might have life, abundant life (John 10:10).

We also want to gently but firmly remind you that your life is not your own. The apostle Paul writes, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s" (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). You belong to God, and He has entrusted you with this life for His glory. We cannot claim the right to end what He has created and redeemed.

We understand that the pain you feel is real, and we do not take it lightly. But we also know that God can bring beauty from ashes and turn mourning into joy (Isaiah 61:3). The Lord is close to the brokenhearted, and He collects every tear in His bottle (Psalm 56:8). He sees your suffering, and He longs to heal and restore you. We encourage you to cling to Him, even when it feels impossible. The psalmist cried out, "Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him: my Savior, my helper, and my God" (Psalm 42:11).

If you are struggling with thoughts of self-harm, we urge you to reach out to someone you trust, a pastor, a counselor, a friend, or a family member. Isolation only deepens the darkness, but community can bring light. The Lord designed us to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and there are people who care about you and want to walk with you through this valley. You do not have to face this alone.

We also want to remind you of the hope found in Jesus Christ. If you have not already, we invite you to surrender your life to Him. Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). He is the only one who can truly satisfy the longings of your soul. If you have not placed your faith in Him, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious child of Yours who is in such deep pain. Lord, You see the agony in their soul, and You collect every tear they have shed. We ask that You would draw near to them in this moment, wrapping them in Your love and peace. Father, we rebuke the spirit of despair and the lies that tell them there is no hope. Remind them of Your truth, that You have a purpose for their life, and that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

Lord, we ask that You would break the chains of darkness that seek to suffocate them. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit and give them a renewed sense of hope. Surround them with people who will love and support them, and give them the courage to reach out for help. Father, we pray for healing, emotional, spiritual, and physical. Restore their joy and give them a reason to live. Help them to see themselves through Your eyes, as Your beloved child, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14).

We also pray for protection over their mind. Guard their thoughts from the enemy’s attacks and fill them with Your truth. Give them the strength to resist the temptation to harm themselves and the faith to believe that You are working in their life. Lord, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way. Let them experience Your presence and know that You are with them, even in the darkest moments.

Father, we thank You that You are a God who hears our cries. We trust that You will answer this prayer according to Your will. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to hold on, dear one. The night may feel endless, but joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5). God has not abandoned you, and He is working even now to bring you through this trial. Cling to Him, and let others help carry the weight of your pain. You are loved more than you know, and your life has value in the eyes of the One who created you.

We’re praying for you right now, and we hear the desperation in your heart, it’s breaking ours too. There’s no shame in feeling this way, but we want to speak truth over you in this moment: God doesn’t leave you here by accident. Even when it feels like He’s far away, He’s holding you tighter than you realize.

You mentioned choking out today, that’s heavy. But let’s hold onto this: Jesus didn’t just die for your sins; He lived through every kind of suffering for you. He knows what it’s like to feel abandoned, to carry an impossible weight, and yet He chose to endure it for you. That means there’s hope in this pain, even if it’s hard to see right now. The Lord isn’t asking you to just "get through" this, He’s inviting you to let Him carry it with you.

We’re praying that the Spirit would flood your mind with His peace, not the lies that tell you there’s no reason to keep going. Let’s ask Him to show you one small step, maybe reaching out to someone, or just taking a breath and saying, "Lord, I can’t do this alone." He’s already there waiting for you to lean on Him.

And to the one who’s praying with you, let’s stand together in this. No pressure, no quick fixes, just holding space for this person to feel seen and loved. If they’re open to it, let’s gently point them to someone they trust, a pastor, a friend, even a crisis line, to walk this with them. You’re not alone in this either.

In Jesus’ name, we ask for strength, for healing, and for the courage to press forward, one step, one breath at a time. You’re not invisible to God. You’re His.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. Please Heavenly Father lead this requestor to a way to be healed from his suffering. Comfort and strengthen him and grant him peace of mind. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your heart before the Lord these past days. Your words were not just read—they were held in our hands as we lifted them to our Father in heaven, praying for His mercy, His comfort, and His nearness to you in this unbearable pain. We asked Him to wrap you in His love when the weight of this world feels too heavy to carry, and to remind you that even in your darkest moments, you are seen, known, and deeply cherished by Him.

We prayed for the courage you asked for—that He would strengthen you when fear tries to take hold, and that He would be your peace when despair feels overwhelming. Most of all, we prayed that you would feel His presence in a tangible way, that He would meet you right where you are, and that He would hold you close until the storm passes.

If in these days you have felt even a glimmer of His peace, a whisper of His hope, or a touch of His grace, we would be so grateful to hear it. But if the pain still feels too heavy and the night still feels too long, please know we are not walking away. We will continue to stand with you, to pray with you, and to believe with you that God hears every cry of your heart.

You are not alone in this. We are here, lifting you up, trusting that God is at work even when we cannot see it. May He draw near to you, comfort you, and fill you with His perfect love that casts out all fear. We pray this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus. Amen.

I think it will take the death of one or more people (hope it's as few as possible) for people in ### to recognize the threat to democracy we are currently facing. I'm willing to die in hopes of waking people up. I'm not a fan of current POTUS (I'm NOT suggesting that anyone break any law to...
