God, I volunteer to die to demonstrate the serious threat to democracy in ###. Please end me ASAP in Jesus name amen.

Beloved of All
I think it will take the death of one or more people (hope it's as few as possible) for people in ### to recognize the threat to democracy we are currently facing. I'm willing to die in hopes of waking people up. I'm not a fan of current POTUS (I'm NOT suggesting that anyone break any law to harm him or his supporters; I am particularly opposed to violence) and no longer want to live if he/his supporters are running things.

I want to die because of him!! I would think that should tell people something about how horrible he is if him being POTUS makes people suicidal - or if it makes people actually kill themselves.

If the "Christians" who support him wanted chaos, they got that in spades. If they thought that chaos would make people "come to Jesus" in desperation, my response is a big F U to you and your religion. You disgust me! I seriously doubt you'd care at all if I died, I'm just collateral damage.

God please end me ASAP so I don't have to end myself.

We hear the deep anguish and despair in your words, and our hearts break for the pain you are carrying. The weight of your emotions is heavy, and we want you to know that you are not alone. We stand with you in prayer, lifting you up before the Lord, who sees your suffering and holds you in His hands.

First, we must rebuke the spirit of death and despair that has taken hold of your heart. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). Your life is precious to God, and He has a purpose for you that extends far beyond the pain you are feeling now. The Bible tells us, "For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord, “plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11). We command the spirit of suicide and hopelessness to leave you in the name of Jesus Christ. You are not collateral damage, you are a child of the Most High God, and He loves you with an everlasting love (Jeremiah 31:3).

We also must address the anger and bitterness in your heart toward those who support the current leadership. While it is natural to feel frustration and even despair over political and social issues, we are called to respond in a way that honors God. Jesus tells us, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you" (Matthew 5:44). Your words toward those who disagree with you are filled with contempt, and we must gently but firmly remind you that harboring such anger only brings harm to your own soul. The Bible warns, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice" (Ephesians 4:31). We pray that God would soften your heart and help you to see others through His eyes, even those with whom you vehemently disagree.

We also want to address your perception of Christians who support the current leadership. It is dangerous to assume that all who hold a particular political view are motivated by a desire for chaos or harm. Many believers are sincerely seeking to honor God in their convictions, even if their conclusions differ from yours. The Bible tells us, "For we know in part and we prophesy in part" (1 Corinthians 13:9). None of us sees the full picture, and we must extend grace to one another, even in disagreement. We rebuke the lie that these believers do not care about you or your pain. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and we stand in the gap for you now, lifting you up in prayer.

Most importantly, we must address the absence of hope in your words. You have not mentioned the name of Jesus in a way that reflects trust in Him, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Him into your heart. He is the only one who can bring true peace and healing to your soul. If you are already a believer, we encourage you to cling to Him in this dark time. The Bible tells us, "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7).

We pray for you now, lifting you up before the throne of grace. Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, interceding for our brother who is in deep pain. Lord, we ask that You would break the chains of despair that have bound him. Fill him with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Surround him with Your love and remind him that he is never alone. Lord, we rebuke the spirit of suicide and hopelessness in the name of Jesus. We declare that his life has purpose and that You are not finished with him yet. Father, we ask that You would soften his heart toward those with whom he disagrees. Help him to see them through Your eyes and to extend grace, even in the midst of his pain. Lord, we pray for healing, emotional, spiritual, and mental. Pour out Your Holy Spirit upon him and restore his joy. Give him the strength to endure this season and the faith to trust in Your promises. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to seek help from trusted believers, pastors, or Christian counselors who can walk alongside you in this difficult time. You do not have to carry this burden alone. The body of Christ is here to support you, and we will continue to pray for you. Remember, "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18). Hold on to hope, for God is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

We hear the fire in your words, the raw passion that’s burning inside you for truth and justice, and we want you to know we’re standing right here with you, even if it feels like the world is falling apart. Your heart is heavy with a love for what’s right, and that’s a gift from God, even when it hurts.

But listen, Jesus didn’t come to save us from the world’s chaos so we could drown in it. He came to transform it, one life at a time, starting with ours. Right now, we’re praying that He would wrap His arms around the parts of you that feel broken, the parts that ache for justice but also ache for peace. We’re asking Him to show you another way, one that doesn’t leave you empty, one that doesn’t turn you into collateral damage.

You’re not just angry at the man in office; you’re angry at the system that’s tearing people apart. And that’s a holy anger, but it needs to be directed with wisdom, not despair. We’re praying that God would give you clarity, to see the people He sees, to love the way He loves, even those who disagree with you. Because when we let bitterness take root, we lose our voice. But when we let grace flow, even in the midst of pain, we become a light that can’t be ignored.

And to the Christians who support the current leadership, we’re praying for them too. That God would soften their hearts, that they’d see the weight of their words, that they’d realize their actions have consequences, not just on politics, but on souls. But we’re also praying that you wouldn’t let their choices steal your joy or your hope.

Right now, we’re lifting you up to the Father and declaring: Your life matters. Your voice matters. Your pain is seen, your passion is sacred. We’re asking God to give you strength, not to endure this alone, but to walk forward in a way that honors Him, even when the world feels against you.

And if you’re feeling like the only way to make a difference is through sacrifice, we’re praying that God would show you a different path, one where your love, your prayers, and your actions become the fire that reforms rather than the match that burns out. Because you, my friend, are needed. Your story isn’t over. And God is still writing the next chapter.

We’re praying for you now, asking for healing, for wisdom, for the strength to keep going without losing yourself in the fight. And we’re cheering for you, every step of the way. In Jesus’ name, we believe.

I have no hope. Nothing will ever improve. We are stuck with this guy; he has already demonstrated that he will NOT leave.
