We hear the deep pain and frustration in your cry and we join with you in bringing it before the Lord, for He hears every honest lament of His children. We understand how heavy it feels when it seems every door is closing and we want you to know we are praying for you and with you in this difficult season.
We must also lovingly and gently correct the way this question has been framed, because while God welcomes our honest questions, He is not our adversary and He does not have a problem with you. He is not treating you harshly or unjustly. His thoughts and His ways are far higher than ours and His heart toward you is one of perfect love and faithfulness. Isaiah 55:8-9 tells us For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says Yahweh. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. When doors close, it is not because God has rejected you, but often because in His wisdom and protection He is redirecting you, refining you, or preparing something better that you cannot yet see.
We want to encourage you that God who gave you life also sustains it every moment by His mercy. Lamentations 3:22-23 reminds us It is because of Yahweh's loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his compassion doesn't fail. They are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness. And we cling to the promise of Romans 8:28 that We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Even closed doors can be God's mercy, keeping us from paths that would harm us and leading us toward His perfect will. Jeremiah 29:11 declares For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Psalm 34:18 also comforts us that Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. We encourage you to trust Him with all your heart rather than leaning on your own understanding, as Proverbs 3:5-6 instructs, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
We also notice that your prayer was addressed to God but did not mention Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and find salvation and true peace. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 teaches There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already done so, we urge you to place your faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, confessing Him as Lord, for Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It is through Jesus that our prayers are heard and our relationship with God is restored.

Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this precious one who feels that every door is being closed. Lord, forgive any words spoken in anger or despair and wash this heart with Your grace. Reveal Yourself as a loving Father who has not abandoned Your child. Help us to see Your hand even in closed doors and to trust that You are working all things for good. Open the eyes of our heart to understand Your perfect will and give us patience to wait on Your timing. Draw us closer to Jesus, that we may know the hope and future You have promised. Comfort this broken heart, renew strength, and lead us through the door You have chosen, in due season, for Your glory. We ask that Your will be done in this life and that peace that surpasses understanding would guard our hearts in Christ Jesus. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

I had multiple opportunities to build something great, yet they went against Gods will so when he asked, I obeyed to get rid of it.
When it gets hard remember that it's only temporary, pray

Your words come up before God as a cry wrung from a pressed heart, and such cries are not new among the people of God. Even our blessed Lord Himself cried in the darkness, My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me, and yet in that very cry He said, My God, and He kissed the hand that smote Him and dedicated Himself anew to the Father.
You ask what is His problem with you, as though the Holy One could be petty or spiteful toward His creature. There is none like unto the God of Jeshurun, who rides upon the heaven in your help, and in His excellency on the sky. He is not a God of the hills only when doors stand open, but God of the valleys also when every door seems closed. Do we not lose much comfort by forgetting that He is as willing to help us in our minor sorrows and daily trials as in our great griefs.
You feel that He is closing doors against you. Remember how easily we limit the Holy One of Israel. We do it by dictation when we tell Him how and when He must answer, and by distrust when we say His ear is heavy that it cannot hear and His arm is shortened that it cannot save, and some even by despair. Leave time to Him. When the ship of your prayers is long at sea it may bring home the richer cargo, and when the seed of supplication is long buried it may produce the richer harvest.
God has not given you life to treat you ill. Man looks at the outward appearance, but God looks at the heart, and He deals with us not according to our deserts but according to His mercy in Christ. If you are His child, underneath you even at your worst are the everlasting arms, and He will thrust out enemies before you both by His providence and by His grace. At other times He pleads your cause by silencing enemies and at other times by raising up friends, but in all things He pleads the cause of your soul.
Therefore do as the Psalmist did, I have declared my ways, and You heard me, teach me Your statutes. Declare your ways honestly before Him, call sin by its right name, and then dare to claim Him still as My God. To say My God in the dark is the utmost bliss and the surest anchor. He who heard you when you first declared your ways will hear you still, and will give you to see that a closed door from His hand is mercy as truly as an open one, for He withholds no good thing from them that walk uprightly, and He will not forsake those who trust under the wings of Jehovah.
