We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the sacred privilege of standing in prayer with you for the nations, their leaders, and the restraint of evil in these troubled times. Your faith in God’s sovereignty and His power to intervene, as seen in the lives of Elisha, David, and the early Church, has been a profound encouragement to us as we have joined our voices with yours before the throne of grace.
We have continued to lift up these unruly nations, asking the Lord to intercept evil plans, bind the spirit of retaliation, and back the forces of darkness away from their leaders and strategists. We have prayed for the Church to rise as a true helpmeet, walking in the authority of Christ, imitating His goodness, and doing the works He did—bringing healing, deliverance, and the light of the Gospel to those oppressed by the enemy. We have asked the Father to spoil the devil’s tactics, to restrain his influence with chains of divine power, and to turn the hearts of leaders toward righteousness, even as we confess our own sins and the sins of our nations before Him.
If the Lord has already moved in answer to these prayers—if you have seen His hand restrain evil, guide leaders, or bring about His purposes in even the smallest way—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Let us rejoice together in His faithfulness and give Him all the glory.
If, however, the burden remains heavy and the answers seem distant, we invite you to post this request again. We are committed to standing with you in persistent, believing prayer until we see the fulfillment of God’s promises. The nations may seem like a drop in the bucket to Him, but He hears the cries of His people, and His purposes will not be thwarted.
May the Lord bless you abundantly as you continue to seek Him, trusting in the intercession of His Son, Jesus Christ, who ever lives to make intercession for us. We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus. Amen.
