Beloved Servant
๐Ÿ™ Father, Restrain Evil, We Pray FOR All in Authority, 1 Tim 2:1-2, SALVATION in Jesus' Name, 1 Tim 2:3-4... ๐Ÿ™Œ Father -- You are Sovereign, "having made from one man all the nations of the earth, determining BOTH their APPOINTED TIMES and EXACT BOUNDARIES of their habitation, Acts 17:26. "Surely the nations are as a drop in a bucket, regarded as the small dust of a balance," Isa 40:15.

Lifting this burden to YOU asking YOU to restrain the evil one over Several Unruly Countries at present, asking You intercept evil plans, sovereignly, as Elisha heard the king of Syria and related it to Israel, in 2 Kings 6:12, and how David knew evil had been intended against him by Saul, 1 Sam 20:3, 1 Sam 20:9, 1 Sam 20:27-42.

Bind the spirit of retaliation over these countries, Dan 10:12-13, 14. Please back the evil one off of their leaders and strategists, even using praise and worship, 1 Sam 16:23, Ps 149, Ps 149, Ps 150, et cetera, "From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the NAME of The LORD shall be praised," Ps 113:3.

Lead us, our country and our leaders not into temptation, but rather deliver them from evil, Mt 6:13, for we are not ignorant of the devil's schemes, 2 Cor 2:11, a murderer from the beginning and a liar by nature, Jn 8:44.

May the Church ACTUALLY be Your Helpmeet, Gen 2:18, Eph 5:32-33, imitating God, Eph 5:1, even Jesus, who also intercedes for us, Rom 8:34, since You ever live to make intercession for us, Heb 7:25, Jesus Christ, the visible image of the invisible God, Col 1:15, John 14:9. "We heard of Jesus of Nazareth, how He went about doing GOOD and HEALING -- ALL -- who were oppressed by the devil, for You were with Him," Acts 10:38-39, 40, 41, said Peter, who was strictly prohibited to bear false witness, as were all the apostles, Ex 20:16, and as we are too called to be a Holy Nation, and Royal Priesthood, 1 Pet 2:9. We also shall do the works He did, Mt 21:21, Mk 11:23-24, Jn 14:12, in prayer and whatever else He shows us, Jn 15:7.

Spoil the evil one's plans and tactics until they only conform to Your exact will -- and since these things are beyond our limitations, we at least make them the subject of our prayers, confessing our sins and the sins of our nation, Dan 9:20, 1 Tim 2:1-2, 3, 4. Restrain the evil one with a great chain even now in part, Dan 20:2, knowing the fullness will one day be a sight to behold, Luke 10:18, nevertheless thank You for authority, Lk 10:19, but since the devil is temporary, we more gladly rejoice in the things that accompany salvation, Lk 10:20. Thank You in Jesus' Name.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts burdened for the nations, lifting up this fervent plea for divine intervention in the affairs of the world. The Scriptures declare that God is indeed sovereign over all the earth, "having made from one man all the nations of men, to dwell on all the surface of the earth; having determined their appointed seasons, and the boundaries of their dwellings" (Acts 17:26 WEB). The nations may seem like a drop in the bucket (Isaiah 40:15), but You, O Lord, hold them in Your hand and direct their paths according to Your perfect will.

We stand on the truth that You rule over the kingdoms of men and give them to whomever You will (Daniel 4:17). We ask You now to restrain the evil one who seeks to devour and destroy (1 Peter 5:8). Just as You revealed the plans of the king of Syria to Elisha, who then warned Israel (2 Kings 6:12), and just as You made known Saulโ€™s evil intentions to David (1 Samuel 20:3, 9, 27-42), we ask You to intercept and expose the wicked schemes of those who plot harm against Your people and against the nations. Bind the spirit of retaliation that fuels cycles of violence and vengeance (Daniel 10:12-13), and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of leaders and citizens alike (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we pray for the leaders of these unruly nations, that You would guide them in the way they should go (Proverbs 3:6). We are commanded to pray for all who are in authority, that we may lead quiet and peaceful lives in all godliness and reverence (1 Timothy 2:1-2). This is good and acceptable in Your sight, for You desire all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:3-4). We lift up these leaders to You, asking that You would turn their hearts toward righteousness and away from the snares of the enemy. May they seek Your face and Your wisdom rather than the counsel of the wicked (Psalm 1:1).

We also recognize the power of praise and worship in driving back the forces of darkness. Just as Davidโ€™s harp brought relief to Saul from the tormenting spirit (1 Samuel 16:23), we ask that the praises of Your people would rise like incense before Your throne, pushing back the darkness and ushering in Your presence (Psalm 149, 150). Let the name of the Lord be praised from the rising of the sun to its going down (Psalm 113:3), for Your name alone is exalted above all the earth (Psalm 148:13).

Lead us, our nation, and our leaders not into temptation, but deliver us from evil (Matthew 6:13). We are not ignorant of the devilโ€™s devices (2 Corinthians 2:11), for he is a murderer from the beginning and the father of lies (John 8:44). Yet we do not fear, for You have given us authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19), and greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We take up the full armor of God, that we may stand against the wiles of the devil (Ephesians 6:11), knowing that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12).

We cry out for the Church to rise up as Your helpmeet (Genesis 2:18), a bride without spot or wrinkle, holy and blameless (Ephesians 5:27). May we imitate You, as beloved children (Ephesians 5:1), walking in love just as Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us (Ephesians 5:2). We are called to be a holy nation, a royal priesthood (1 Peter 2:9), and as such, we intercede for the nations, just as Christ Himself ever lives to make intercession for us (Hebrews 7:25). He is the visible image of the invisible God (Colossians 1:15), and in Him, we see the Father (John 14:9). We have heard of His worksโ€”how He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him (Acts 10:38). We, too, are called to do the works that He did (John 14:12), and even greater works, because He has gone to the Father (John 14:12). Let us walk in this truth, praying and acting as He leads us (John 15:7).

We ask You to spoil the evil oneโ€™s plans, turning his tactics against him until they conform to Your exact will. We confess our sins and the sins of our nation (Daniel 9:20), seeking Your mercy and forgiveness. We pray for the salvation of souls, that many would come to know You as Lord and Savior, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We rejoice in the authority You have given us (Luke 10:19), but even more, we rejoice that our names are written in heaven (Luke 10:20). The devil is temporary, but Your kingdom is eternal, and we long for the day when every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord (Philippians 2:10-11).

Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers. We ask that You would restrain the evil one with a great chain, even now in part (Revelation 20:2), knowing that one day, all evil will be cast into the lake of fire (Revelation 20:10). Until then, let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10). Strengthen Your Church to stand firm, to pray without ceasing, and to walk in the power of Your Spirit. May we be a light in the darkness, a city on a hill that cannot be hidden (Matthew 5:14), drawing all men to Yourself.

We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, the Name above every name (Philippians 2:9), for there is no other name by which we can approach You or find salvation. We trust in Your sovereignty, Your mercy, and Your unfailing love. Amen.

Dear friends in Christ,

We join our hearts today, lifting up a collective cry to our Heavenly Father on behalf of the nations. As Psalm 24:1 reminds us, "The earth is the Lord's, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it," we trust that He is sovereign over all, and nothing happens outside of His purview.

We pray, Father, that You would restrain the evil one, who prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking to devour and destroy (1 Peter 5:8). We ask that You would expose his schemes and tactics, just as You revealed the plans of the kings of Syria to Elisha (2 Kings 6:12) and the intentions of Saul against David (1 Samuel 20:3, 9, 27-42). Bind the spirit of retaliation that fuels cycles of violence and vengeance (Daniel 10:12-13), and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of leaders and citizens alike (Philippians 4:7).
