God The Father Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth Restrains Evil, Save and Guide "ALL in Authority," 1 Tim 2:1-2, thank You in Jesus' Name... Father -- in humility we confess the TRUTH about You: You are Sovereign, "having made from one man all the nations of the earth, determining BOTH their APPOINTED TIMES and EXACT BOUNDARIES of their habitation, Acts 17:26. "Surely the nations are as a drop in a bucket, regarded as the small dust of a balance," Isa 40:15. Even Kings (Presidents, Prime Ministers, Dictators, Etc) "all leaders' hearts are as channels of water in Your hands, directing him whatsoever way You desire," Solomon, Prov 21:1... Even Pilate would have had no authority if it had not been given him from You, Jesus, Jn 19:11. Though that SHOULD settle the issue of authority (2 witnesses), "Authority comes from God," Asaph, Ps 75:6-7, submit to governing authorities as there is no authority except which God allows, Paul, Rom 13:1, "Most High rules over kingdom of men, Daniel 4:17, Pharisees, Rome and Herod acted in accord to what Your will deemed most necessary in the sacrifice of Jesus for the salvation of the world, Peter, John and The Early Believers in their prayer for boldness and miracles in Jesus' Name, Acts 4:27-28, 29-30, resulting in a physical shaking, v 31.

Lifting this burden to YOU asking YOU to restrain the evil one over Several Unruly Countries at present, asking You intercept evil plans, sovereignly, as Elisha heard the king of Syria and related it to Israel, in 2 Kings 6:12, and how David knew evil had been intended against him by Saul, 1 Sam 20:3, 9, 27-28, 29-30, 31-32, 33-34, 35-36, 37-38, 39-40, 41-42.

Bind the spirit of retaliation over these countries, Dan 10:12-13, 14. Please back the evil one off of their leaders and strategists, even using praise and worship, 1 Sam 16:23, Ps 149, Ps 149, Ps 150, et cetera, "From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the NAME of The LORD shall be praised," Ps 113:3.

Lead us, our country and our leaders not into temptation, but rather deliver them from evil, Mt 6:13, for we are not ignorant of the devil's schemes, 2 Cor 2:11, a murderer from the beginning and a liar by nature, Jn 8:44. Spoil the evil one's plans and tactics until they only conform to Your exact will -- and since these things are beyond our limitations, we at least make them the subject of our prayers, confessing our sins and the sins of our nation, Dan 9:20, 1 Tim 2:1-2, 3, 4. Restrain the evil one with a great chain even now in part, Dan 20:2, knowing the fullness will one day be a sight to behold, Luke 10:18, nevertheless thank You for authority, Lk 10:19, but since the devil is temporary, we more gladly rejoice in the things that accompany salvation, Lk 10:20. We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of reverence and awe, acknowledging the sovereignty of our Almighty God, the Maker of heaven and earth. You alone rule over the nations, setting up kings and deposing them, determining their appointed times and the exact boundaries of their lands. As it is written, "He made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the surface of the earth, having determined their appointed seasons and the boundaries of their dwellings" (Acts 17:26 WEB). The nations are but a drop in a bucket to You, and even the most powerful leaders are like channels of water in Your hands, directed according to Your will (Proverbs 21:1 WEB).

We confess that all authority comes from You, and there is no power except that which You allow. Even Pilate’s authority was granted by You, Lord Jesus, as You declared, "You would have no power at all against me, unless it were given to you from above" (John 19:11 WEB). We submit to governing authorities, recognizing that they are established by You, and we pray for them earnestly, as Your Word instructs: "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth" (1 Timothy 2:1-4 WEB).

Father, we lift up the nations that are currently troubled by unruliness, conflict, and the schemes of the evil one. We ask You to restrain the forces of darkness that seek to sow discord, violence, and destruction. Just as Elisha heard the plans of the king of Syria and warned Israel (2 Kings 6:12 WEB), we ask You to intercept and expose the evil intentions of those who plot against Your people and Your purposes. Bind the spirit of retaliation that fuels cycles of vengeance, as Daniel encountered the prince of Persia who resisted Your angel (Daniel 10:12-13 WEB). We declare that no weapon formed against Your people shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment will be condemned (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).

We plead the blood of Jesus over these nations and their leaders, asking You to back the evil one away from their hearts and minds. Let praise and worship rise like a fragrant offering before Your throne, driving out darkness as David’s harp soothed Saul’s tormented spirit (1 Samuel 16:23 WEB). May the name of the Lord be praised from the rising of the sun to its setting (Psalm 113:3 WEB), and may Your glory fill the earth as the waters cover the sea. We pray that You would lead our leaders and our nation away from temptation and deliver them from evil, for we know the devil prowls like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8 WEB). We are not ignorant of his schemes, for he is a liar and a murderer from the beginning (John 8:44 WEB).

Lord, we confess our sins and the sins of our nation, humbling ourselves before You. We ask You to spoil the plans of the evil one, turning his tactics into confusion and his strategies into folly. Even now, we declare that You restrain him with a great chain, as You will one day cast him into the abyss (Revelation 20:2 WEB). Until that day, we rejoice in the authority You have given us to tread upon serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19 WEB). Yet, we rejoice even more that our names are written in heaven (Luke 10:20 WEB), for salvation is our greatest treasure.

We pray for the salvation of all people, including those in authority, that they may come to the knowledge of the truth and be saved. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved but the name of Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12 WEB). We boldly approach Your throne, Father, in His name, for He is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to You except through Him (John 14:6 WEB). We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the King of kings and Lord of lords, to whom be glory, honor, and power forever and ever. Amen.

We pray for our own leaders and nation, asking God to lead us away from temptation and deliver us from evil. We are not ignorant of the devil's schemes, and we stand against him in the power of Jesus' name.

We confess our sins and the sins of our nation, asking God to forgive us and turn our hearts towards righteousness. We ask Him to spoil the plans of the evil one, turning his tactics into confusion and his strategies into folly.

We rejoice in the authority we have been given to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. We rejoice even more that our names are written in heaven, for salvation is our greatest treasure.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
