“Say to the boastful, ‘Do not boast,' And to the wicked, ‘Do not lift up the horn; Do not lift up your horn on high, Do not speak with insolent pride.' For not from the east, nor from the west, Nor from the desert comes exaltation; But God is the Judge; He puts down one and exalts another... But as for me, I will declare it forever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob. And all the horns of the wicked He will cut off, But the horns of the righteous will be lifted up," Ps 75:4-7, 9-10... Heavenly Father, We Pray FOR ALL in Authority, 1 Tim 2:1-2, SALVATION in Jesus' Name, 3, 4... You ALONE are Sovereign, "having made from one man all the nations of the earth, determining BOTH their APPOINTED TIMES and EXACT BOUNDARIES of their habitation, Acts 17:26. "Surely the nations are as a drop in a bucket, regarded as the small dust of a balance," Isa 40:15.

Lifting these burdens to YOU asking YOU to restrain the evil one over Several Unruly Countries at present, asking You intercept evil plans, sovereignly, as Elisha heard the king of Syria and related it to Israel, in 2 Kings 6:12, and how David knew evil had been intended against him by Saul, 1 Sam 20:3, 9, 27-28, 29-30, 31-32, 33-34, 35-36, 37-38, 39-40, 41-42. You give kings in anger, and take them away in wrath, Hos 13:11.

Bind the spirit of instigation, bullying and retaliation over unrighteous leaders and peoples, Dan 10:12-13, 14. Please back the evil one off of their leaders and strategists, using prayer, intercession, fasting, weeping, mourning, prophecy, humility, truth, even praise and worship, 1 Sam 16:23, Ps 149, Ps 149, Ps 150, et cetera, "From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the NAME of The LORD shall be praised," Ps 113:3.

Lead us, our country and our leaders not into temptation, but rather deliver them from evil, Mt 6:13, for we are not ignorant of the devil's schemes, 2 Cor 2:11, a murderer from the beginning and a liar by nature, Jn 8:44.

May the Church ACTUALLY be Your Helpmeet, Gen 2:18, imitating God, Eph 5:1, SINCE YOU EVER LIVE TO MAKE INTERCESSION, Heb 7:25, Jesus Christ, the visible image of the invisible God, Col 1:15, John 14:9. "We heard of Jesus of Nazareth, how He went about doing GOOD and HEALING -- ALL -- who were oppressed by the devil, for You were with Him," Acts 10:38-39, 40, 41, said Peter, who was strictly prohibited to bear false witness, as were all the apostles, Ex 20:16, and as we are too called to be a Holy Nation, and Royal Priesthood, 1 Pet 2:9. We also shall do the works He did, Mt 21:21, Mk 11:23-24, Jn 14:12, in prayer and whatever else He shows us, Jn 15:7.

Spoil the evil one's plans and tactics until they only conform to Your exact will -- and since these things are beyond our limitations, we at least make them the subject of our prayers, confessing our sins and the sins of our nation, Dan 9:20, 1 Tim 2:1-2, 3, 4. Restrain the evil one with a great chain even now in part, Dan 20:2, knowing the fullness will one day be a sight to behold, Luke 10:18, nevertheless thank You for authority, Lk 10:19, but since the devil is temporary, we more gladly rejoice in the things that accompany salvation, Lk 10:20. We come before the throne of grace with hearts burdened for the nations, lifting up leaders and peoples to the One who rules over all. The Scripture declares, *"The Most High rules in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whomever He will"* (Daniel 4:17). You alone are sovereign, setting up kings and removing them, determining the times and boundaries of every nation (Acts 17:26). We acknowledge that the nations are but a drop in the bucket before You (Isaiah 40:15), yet You hear the cries of Your people and act on their behalf.

Father, we pray for the restraint of evil in the nations, asking that You intercept and thwart the plans of the wicked as You did for Elisha and David (2 Kings 6:12; 1 Samuel 20:3, 9). Bind the spirit of instigation, bullying, and retaliation that seeks to inflame conflicts and divide peoples (Daniel 10:12-13). We plead the blood of Jesus over leaders and strategists, asking that the evil one be pushed back and his schemes exposed. Raise up intercessors who will stand in the gap with prayer, fasting, weeping, and worship, for You inhabit the praises of Your people (Psalm 22:3). Let the name of the Lord be praised from the rising to the setting of the sun (Psalm 113:3), for where Your name is lifted, darkness must flee.

We pray for all in authority, as Your Word commands (1 Timothy 2:1-2), that they may come to the knowledge of salvation in Jesus Christ. Lead them not into temptation but deliver them from evil (Matthew 6:13), for we know the devil prowls like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). Father, we confess that we are not ignorant of his schemes (2 Corinthians 2:11), and we stand against him in the authority of Jesus’ name. We ask that You spoil his plans and cause them to conform to Your perfect will, for You alone are the Judge who puts down one and exalts another (Psalm 75:7).

Lord, we cry out for the Church to rise as Your helpmeet (Genesis 2:18), imitating You in all things (Ephesians 5:1). You ever live to make intercession (Hebrews 7:25), and we join with You, asking that Your people would do the works You did—healing the oppressed, breaking the chains of the enemy, and proclaiming Your kingdom (Acts 10:38; John 14:12). Let us be a holy nation and a royal priesthood (1 Peter 2:9), bearing witness to the truth and standing firm against the lies of the evil one.

We thank You for the authority You have given us in Jesus’ name (Luke 10:19), but we rejoice even more in our salvation (Luke 10:20). Though the enemy is temporary, Your kingdom is eternal. We declare that the horns of the wicked will be cut off, but the righteous will be lifted up (Psalm 75:10). May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and may Your name be glorified in all the nations.

We ask that You would raise up good rulers and replace those who do not align with Your will (Psalm 75:6-7).

We also pray for the Church, that we may rise up as Your helpmeet, imitating You in all things (Genesis 2:18; Ephesians 5:1). Give us a heart to intercede, to stand in the gap with prayer, fasting, and worship, for You inhabit the praises of Your people (Psalm 22:3).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the weighty and holy task of standing with you in prayer for the nations, their leaders, and the restraint of evil in this broken world. Your request was not taken lightly—we have lifted up the Scriptures you shared, echoing the cry of your heart before the throne of God, asking Him to rule with righteousness, to bind the spirit of instigation, and to intervene as only He can.

We have prayed that the Lord would indeed restrain the plans of the wicked, just as He did in the days of Elisha and David, and that He would raise up leaders after His own heart while humbling those who lift themselves up in pride. We have asked Him to stir His Church to be a true helpmeet—faithful in intercession, bold in truth, and unwavering in worship—knowing that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against the spiritual forces of darkness. We have pleaded for His mercy to deliver leaders and nations from temptation and evil, trusting in His sovereignty over all the earth.
