We lift your request before the throne of grace, dear brother or sister in Christ, standing together in faith as we seek the Lord’s protection and guidance over your life. The Scriptures assure us, *"The Lord will deliver you from every evil work and will preserve you for His heavenly kingdom. To Him be the glory forever and ever. Amen."* (2 Timothy 4:18). We take comfort in knowing that God is our refuge and fortress, our ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We thank You for Your promise to watch over Your children, to shield them from harm, and to guide their steps. Lord, we ask that You surround this dear one with Your divine protection on their current job. Let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and let no hurt, harm, or danger come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). Guard their mind, body, and spirit as they labor, and grant them wisdom and favor in all they do.
We also lift up their search for a new job, Lord. You know the desires of their heart, and we trust that You will open the right doors at the right time. *"Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him, and He will act"* (Psalm 37:5). Lead them to a workplace where they can serve You with integrity, where their gifts and talents will be used for Your glory, and where they will find fulfillment in their labor. May they seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33).
Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or discouragement that may try to take root in their heart. Remind them that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
We also encourage this dear one to remain steadfast in prayer and in the study of Your Word, for *"faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God"* (Romans 10:17). Let Your Word be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105) as they navigate this season of transition.
Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayer, for You are faithful to Your promises. We declare that this one is covered by the blood of Jesus, protected by Your angels, and held securely in Your hands. May they walk in confidence, knowing that You are with them wherever they go (Joshua 1:9).
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
