God please help me and my ###

My divorce will be finalized next month a week after what would have been ### years of marriage. I’m saddened as it was not something I wanted or ever envisioned. I pray that God continue to be present and guide us through this difficult situation. Thank you for those who prayed for us.

Jesus please help me. My back and legs hurt and I'm scared I will always be in pain. Please help me. I don't want to have back surgery. And will physical therapy help me. Will my employer let me go to therapy while I'm at work? I'm so sad and sorry about myself.
