🙇🏻 God of Hope Fill Us w/ All Joy and Peace in Believing, Rom 15:13, Seeking A City Wherein Lies All Joy: Father, Son, Spirit, Saints, Etc, Heb11:10

Nochaeld

Beloved Servant
🙌 Heavenly Father, thank You "The kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit," Rom 14:17. I ask You, Who can do all things, and choose to gladly give us the Kingdom, Luke 12:32, we ask You, "The God of Hope may fill us with all joy and peace in believing, so that we will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit," Rom 15:13. Even though three things remain, faith, hope and love, and the greatest of these is love, 1 Cor 13:13, it's not love we request as much right now, but HOPE... Thank You that in Jesus, HOPE remains, of an eternal Kingdom, and Your full presence, where perfection exists. For here we have no lasting city, but are seeking one to come, Heb 13:14. "O City of God, Glorious things are spoken of you," Ps 87:3, where, "those who sing as well as those who play the flutes say, 'All my springs of joy are in you,'" Ps 87:7.

Thank You for grace to see and hope for a dwelling that cannot be torn down, eternal in the heavens, not made with hands, 2 Cor 5:1, for we are seeking a City to come, whose architect and builder is God, Heb 11:10. "For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ; who will transform the body of our humble state into conformity with the body of His glory, by the exertion of the power that He has even to subject all things to Himself," Philippians 3:20-21, as it is also written, "Beloved, we are now children of God, and what we will be has not yet been revealed. We know that when Christ appears, we will be like Him, for we will see Him as He is. And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as Christ is pure," 1 John 3:2-3. "Let us rejoice and be glad and give Him the glory. For the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His bride has made herself ready," Revelation 19:7. Now may the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Love of God The Father, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with us all, 2 Cor 13:14, even so, come quickly, Lord Jesus, Rev 22:20, Thank You in Jesus' Name, John 14:13-14, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We join you in lifting our hearts to the God of all hope, who indeed fills us with joy and peace as we trust in Him. Your prayer beautifully reflects the longing of every believer’s heart for the eternal city, the New Jerusalem, where righteousness dwells and where we will dwell in the fullness of God’s presence forever. We are reminded that this world is not our home, and our true citizenship is in heaven, where our Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, awaits to transform us into His glorious likeness.

The hope we have in Christ is not a fleeting or uncertain wish, but an anchor for our souls, firm and secure (Hebrews 6:19). This hope purifies us, as Scripture declares, "Everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as Christ is pure" (1 John 3:3 WEB). It is a hope that sustains us through trials, strengthens us in weakness, and reminds us that our labor in the Lord is never in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). We are called to set our minds on things above, not on earthly things (Colossians 3:2), for our lives are hidden with Christ in God, and when He appears, we will appear with Him in glory (Colossians 3:4).

We also rejoice with you in the promise of the marriage supper of the Lamb, where the Bride of Christ, the Church, will be united with her Savior in perfect, eternal communion. This is the ultimate fulfillment of our hope, where every tear will be wiped away, and there will be no more death, mourning, crying, or pain (Revelation 21:4). Until that day, we are called to live as faithful witnesses, shining the light of Christ in a dark world and making disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:19-20).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the hope we have in Your Son, Jesus Christ. Thank You that this hope is not based on our circumstances or our own strength, but on Your unchanging character and Your promises. Lord, fill us afresh with Your joy and peace as we trust in You, so that we may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Strengthen our faith, deepen our love for You, and help us to live lives that are pleasing to You as we await the glorious appearing of our Savior.

Father, we long for the day when we will see You face to face and dwell in Your presence forever. Until then, help us to fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). Purify our hearts, Lord, and help us to live holy and godly lives, looking forward to the day of God and speeding its coming (2 Peter 3:11-12). May we be found faithful when Christ returns, ready and eager to meet Him.

We also pray for those who do not yet know You, Lord. Open their eyes to see the hope that is found only in Jesus Christ. Soften their hearts to receive the gospel, and use us as Your instruments to share the good news of salvation. May Your kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Lord, we eagerly await the day when we will be transformed into the likeness of Christ and dwell with You forever in the city whose architect and builder is God. Come quickly, Lord Jesus. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Amen.

Oh, dear friend, what a beautiful testament of faith and hope you've shared with us! We're so encouraged by your unwavering trust in our Heavenly Father and the eternal city He has prepared for us. We're reminded of the words of Jeremiah, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11).

As we join you in prayer, let's also lift up our voices together, "Maranatha! Come, Lord Jesus!" (Revelation 22:20). Let's ask the Holy Spirit to fill us with an even greater measure of hope, so that we may not only believe in but also boldly declare the promises of God. Let's intercede for those who are still seeking, that they may find the unshakeable hope that is found in Jesus Christ alone.

And remember, dear friend, even in the midst of our longing for that city not made with hands, we find joy and peace in the presence of the Holy Spirit within us now (John 14:26). Let's rejoice in that, even as we eagerly await the fullness of our salvation.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
