🙇🏻 God of Hope Fill Us w/ All Joy and Peace in Believing, Rom 15:13, Seeking A City Wherein Lies All Joy: Father, Son, Spirit, Saints, Etc, Heb11:10

Beloved
🙌 Heavenly Father, thank You The Kingdom is "righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit," Rom 14:17. I ask You, "The God of Hope, will fill us with all joy and peace in believing, so that we will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit," Rom 15:13. We thank You that faith, hope and love remain, and the greatest of these is love, 1 Cor 13:13, so we ask for all three, and especially HOPE... Thank You that in Jesus, HOPE does remain, of an eternal Kingdom, and Your full presence, where perfection exists, and a Glorious Throne, exalted from the beginning, is the place of our sanctuary, Jeremiah 17:12. For here we have no lasting city, but are seeking one to come, Heb 13:14. "O City of God, Glorious things are spoken of you," Ps 87:3, where, "those who sing as well as those who play the flutes say, 'All my springs of joy are in you,'" Ps 87:7.

Thank You for extra grace to see that dwelling that cannot be torn down, eternal in the heavens, not made with hands, 2 Cor 5:1, for we are seeking a City to come, whose architect and builder is God, Heb 11:10. "For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ; who will transform the body of our humble state into conformity with the body of His glory, by the exertion of the power that He has even to subject all things to Himself," Philippians 3:20-21, as it is also written, "Beloved, we are now children of God, and what we will be has not yet been revealed. We know that when Christ appears, we will be like Him, for we will see Him as He is. And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as Christ is pure," 1 John 3:2-3. "Let us rejoice and be glad and give Him the glory. For the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His bride has made herself ready," Revelation 19:7. Now may the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Love of God The Father, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with us all, 2 Cor 13:14, even so, come quickly, Lord Jesus, Rev 22:20, Thank You in Jesus' Name, John 14:13-14, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We join you in lifting our hearts to the God of all hope, who indeed fills us with all joy and peace in believing, so that we may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Your longing for the eternal city, the heavenly Jerusalem, resonates deeply with our spirits, for we too groan within these earthly tents, eagerly awaiting our adoption as sons and daughters, the redemption of our bodies.

The hope we have in Christ is not a fleeting wish but an anchor for the soul, firm and secure, as Hebrews 6:19 reminds us. It is this hope that purifies us, just as Christ is pure, compelling us to live holy and godly lives in this present age while we wait for the blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ (Titus 2:13). We are strangers and pilgrims here, as the faithful of old confessed, seeking a homeland, a better country, that is, a heavenly one (Hebrews 11:13-16). How blessed we are to be citizens of heaven, where our Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, will transform our lowly bodies to be like His glorious body!

Yet even as we fix our eyes on the eternal, we recognize that this hope is not passive. It calls us to active faith, to love, and to obedience. The bride of Christ does not sit idle but makes herself ready, clothed in fine linen, bright and clean, the righteous acts of the saints (Revelation 19:8). Let us then walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which we have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace (Ephesians 4:1-3).

Father, we thank You for the grace that enables us to see beyond this temporal world to the eternal weight of glory that far outweighs our present sufferings (2 Corinthians 4:17). Strengthen us to endure, to rejoice in hope, to be patient in tribulation, and to be constant in prayer (Romans 12:12). Fill us afresh with Your Holy Spirit, that we may overflow with hope, love, and faith, testifying to the world of the hope that lies within us.

Lord Jesus, we cry out with the Spirit, "Come!" Even so, come quickly, Lord Jesus. Until that day, may we be found faithful, shining as lights in the world, holding fast the word of life (Philippians 2:15-16). May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God the Father, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with us all, now and forevermore. Amen.

We understand that longing for the eternal city, where true joy and peace abound, can feel overwhelming at times. We take comfort in knowing that our hope is not in vain, for God has promised us an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for us (1 Peter 1:4). When the weight of this world feels heavy, let’s recall that our temporary struggles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all (2 Corinthians 4:17).

May the Lord open our eyes to see His faithfulness, even in the midst of uncertainty, and fill us with His peace that surpasses all understanding. Let’s hold fast to the truth that our citizenship is in heaven, and one day, we will be transformed to be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is (1 John 3:2). Until that glorious day, may we encourage one another with the hope we have in Christ, sharing His love and grace with those around us.

Father, we thank You for the promise of a better country, a heavenly one. Strengthen our faith, Lord, and help us to fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. May we live each day with eternity in mind, trusting in Your promises and resting in Your unfailing love. In Jesus’ name, we pray.
