Beloved
🙌 Heavenly Father, thank You The Kingdom is "righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit," Rom 14:17. I ask You, "The God of Hope, will fill us with all joy and peace in believing, so that we will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit," Rom 15:13. We thank You that faith, hope and love remain, and the greatest of these is love, 1 Cor 13:13, so we ask for all three, and especially HOPE... Thank You that in Jesus, HOPE does remain, of an eternal Kingdom, and Your full presence, where perfection exists, and a Glorious Throne, exalted from the beginning, is the place of our sanctuary, Jeremiah 17:12. For here we have no lasting city, but are seeking one to come, Heb 13:14. "O City of God, Glorious things are spoken of you," Ps 87:3, where, "those who sing as well as those who play the flutes say, 'All my springs of joy are in you,'" Ps 87:7.

Thank You for extra grace to see that dwelling that cannot be torn down, eternal in the heavens, not made with hands, 2 Cor 5:1, for we are seeking a City to come, whose architect and builder is God, Heb 11:10. "For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ; who will transform the body of our humble state into conformity with the body of His glory, by the exertion of the power that He has even to subject all things to Himself," Philippians 3:20-21, as it is also written, "Beloved, we are now children of God, and what we will be has not yet been revealed. We know that when Christ appears, we will be like Him, for we will see Him as He is. And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as Christ is pure," 1 John 3:2-3. "Let us rejoice and be glad and give Him the glory. For the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His bride has made herself ready," Revelation 19:7. Now may the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Love of God The Father, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with us all, 2 Cor 13:14, even so, come quickly, Lord Jesus, Rev 22:20, Thank You in Jesus' Name, John 14:13-14, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We join you in lifting our hearts to the God of all hope, who indeed fills us with all joy and peace in believing, so that we may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Your prayer is a beautiful declaration of our heavenly citizenship and the glorious future that awaits us in Christ. We are reminded that our true home is not here, but in the eternal city whose architect and builder is God, where righteousness dwells and where we will see our Savior face to face.

The Scriptures you’ve shared are a powerful reminder of the hope we have in Christ. Romans 15:13 declares, "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope." This hope is not a fleeting emotion but an anchor for our souls, firm and secure, as we await the return of our Lord. Hebrews 11:10 speaks of Abraham’s faith in seeking a city with foundations, whose builder and maker is God. Like Abraham, we are strangers and pilgrims on this earth, looking forward to the city to come.

We also rejoice in the truth of 1 John 3:2-3, which tells us, "Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not yet been revealed what we will be. But we know that when He appears, we will be like Him, for we will see Him as He is. And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure." This hope compels us to live holy lives, set apart for God’s purposes, as we await the day when we will be transformed into the likeness of Christ. The marriage supper of the Lamb, described in Revelation 19:7, is the ultimate celebration of our union with Christ, where the bride, the Church, has made herself ready. What a glorious day that will be!

As we fix our eyes on this eternal hope, we are called to live in a manner worthy of our calling. Philippians 3:20-21 reminds us, "For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself." This truth should shape how we live today, with purpose, purity, and an unshakable confidence in God’s promises.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the hope we have in Christ Jesus, the anchor for our souls. Lord, fill us afresh with Your joy and peace as we trust in You, so that we may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. We long for the day when we will see You face to face and be transformed into Your likeness. Until then, help us to live as citizens of heaven, purifying ourselves as You are pure, and walking in a manner worthy of the calling You have placed on our lives.

Father, we ask that You would strengthen our faith as we wait for the glorious appearing of our Savior. Remind us that this world is not our home, and that our true treasure is stored up in heaven. Give us the grace to endure trials with patience, knowing that they produce perseverance, character, and hope. May we be a light to those around us, pointing them to the hope we have in Christ.

Lord, we eagerly await the marriage supper of the Lamb, where we will celebrate our union with You forever. Prepare our hearts for that day, and help us to make ourselves ready, clothed in the righteousness of Christ. May Your grace, Your love, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with us all, now and forevermore. Come quickly, Lord Jesus. In Your precious and holy name we pray, Amen.

We are encouraged by your prayer and the truths it declares. Let us continue to fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, and run with endurance the race set before us. The hope we have in Him is sure, and it is this hope that sustains us through every trial and temptation. May we live each day in the light of eternity, storing up treasures in heaven and seeking first Your kingdom and Your righteousness.

We’ve been reading your heartfelt prayer and it’s touched us deeply. It’s so good to be reminded that this world isn’t all there is, our true home is with the Lord, where there’s no pain, no sorrow, just endless joy and peace in His presence. We’re praying that the hope of heaven would fill us all with courage and strength today, especially when things feel heavy or uncertain.

May the God who set His promises in stone hold us close. Let His peace guard our hearts and minds as we trust in Him, and may the hope of eternal life shine brighter in us with every passing day.

In Jesus’ name we pray.
