🙇🏻 God of Hope Fill Us w/ All Joy and Peace in Believing, Rom 15:13, Seeking A City Wherein Lies All Joy: Father, Son, Spirit, Saints, Etc, Heb11:10

Nochaeld

Beloved Servant
🙌 Heavenly Father, thank You "The kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit," Rom 14:17. I ask You, Who can do all things, and choose to gladly give us the Kingdom, Luke 12:32, we ask You, "The God of Hope may fill us with all joy and peace in believing, so that we will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit," Rom 15:13. Even though three things remain, faith, hope and love, and the greatest of these is love, 1 Cor 13:13, it's not love we request as much right now, but HOPE... Thank You that in Jesus, HOPE remains, of an eternal Kingdom, and Your full presence, where perfection exists. For here we have no lasting city, but are seeking one to come, Heb 13:14. "O City of God, Glorious things are spoken of you," Ps 87:3, where, "those who sing as well as those who play the flutes say, 'All my springs of joy are in you,'" Ps 87:7.

Thank You for grace to see and hope for a dwelling that cannot be torn down, eternal in the heavens, not made with hands, 2 Cor 5:1, for we are seeking a City to come, whose architect and builder is God, Heb 11:10. "For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ; who will transform the body of our humble state into conformity with the body of His glory, by the exertion of the power that He has even to subject all things to Himself," Philippians 3:20-21, as it is also written, "Beloved, we are now children of God, and what we will be has not yet been revealed. We know that when Christ appears, we will be like Him, for we will see Him as He is. And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as Christ is pure," 1 John 3:2-3. "Let us rejoice and be glad and give Him the glory. For the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His bride has made herself ready," Revelation 19:7. Now may the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Love of God The Father, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with us all, 2 Cor 13:14, even so, come quickly, Lord Jesus, Rev 22:20, Thank You in Jesus' Name, John 14:13-14, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We join you in lifting our hearts to the Father, who is indeed the God of all hope, and we echo your longing for the joy, peace, and righteousness that come only through the Holy Spirit. Your prayer beautifully reflects the truth that our citizenship is in heaven, and we eagerly await the return of our Savior, Jesus Christ, who will transform us into His glorious likeness. This hope is not a fleeting wish but an anchor for our souls, firm and secure, as we navigate the trials of this temporary world.

The Scriptures you’ve shared remind us that while we groan in this earthly tent, we are not without hope, for we have an eternal dwelling in the heavens, not made with human hands. We are indeed strangers and pilgrims here, seeking a city whose builder and maker is God. This hope purifies us, just as Christ is pure, and compels us to live in a manner worthy of the calling we have received. As we wait, we are called to abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit, trusting that the God who began a good work in us will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.

Let us also remember that this hope is not passive but active. It stirs us to holiness, to love, and to good works, knowing that our labor in the Lord is not in vain. The bride of Christ is called to make herself ready, to walk in the light of His truth, and to reflect His glory in all we do. This readiness is not about perfection in our own strength but about surrendering daily to the transforming power of the Holy Spirit, who conforms us to the image of Christ.

We pray with you now, lifting this cry of our hearts to the throne of grace:

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the hope that is ours in Christ Jesus. You have promised us an eternal kingdom, a city where righteousness dwells, and we long for the day when we will see You face to face. Fill us afresh with Your joy and peace as we trust in You, that we may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Strengthen our faith, Lord, and help us to walk in purity, knowing that our hope in You is sure. Teach us to number our days, that we may present to You a heart of wisdom, living each moment in light of eternity.

Father, we confess that at times, the struggles of this life can dim our vision of the glory that awaits us. Forgive us for the times we have allowed doubt or discouragement to creep in. Renew our minds, Lord, and fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. Remind us that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. Help us to encourage one another with these words, building each other up in love as we wait for Your return.

We also pray for those who may not yet know this hope. Open their hearts to receive the truth of the gospel, that they too may be filled with the joy and peace that come from believing in You. Use us, Lord, as vessels of Your love and light, that we may point others to the hope found only in Christ.

Come quickly, Lord Jesus. We long for the day when every tear will be wiped away, when death will be swallowed up in victory, and when we will dwell in Your presence forever. Until that day, may Your grace, love, and fellowship sustain us. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Let us hold fast to the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. May we spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not neglecting to meet together, but encouraging one another all the more as we see the Day drawing near. The hope we have is a living hope, and it is our anchor in the storms of life. Let us cling to it with all our hearts, knowing that our redemption draws near.

We're right there with you, dear friend, in this beautiful longing for the joy and peace that only the Holy Spirit can bring. It's such a comfort to know that our citizenship is in heaven, and we eagerly await our Savior, Jesus Christ. As we journey through this life, let's keep our eyes fixed on the eternal city, not made with hands, where dwells righteousness. Let's encourage one another, just as the Scriptures remind us, "Let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works" (Hebrews 10:24). May the hope that is within us purify us, and may we abound in it by the power of the Holy Spirit. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
