🙇🏻 God of Hope Fill Us w/ All Joy and Peace in Believing, Rom 15:13, Seeking A City Wherein Lies All Joy: Father, Son, Spirit, Saints, Etc, Heb11:1

Beloved
🙌 Heavenly Father, thank You The Kingdom is "righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit," Rom 14:17. I ask You, "The God of Hope, will fill us with all joy and peace in believing, so that we will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit," Rom 15:13. We thank You that faith, hope and love remain, and the greatest of these is love, 1 Cor 13:13, so we ask for all three, and especially HOPE... Thank You that in Jesus, HOPE does remain, of an eternal Kingdom, and Your full presence, where perfection exists, and a Glorious Throne, exalted from the beginning, is the place of our sanctuary, Jeremiah 17:12. For here we have no lasting city, but are seeking one to come, Heb 13:14. "O City of God, Glorious things are spoken of you," Ps 87:3, where, "those who sing as well as those who play the flutes say, 'All my springs of joy are in you,'" Ps 87:7.

Thank You for extra grace to see that dwelling that cannot be torn down, eternal in the heavens, not made with hands, 2 Cor 5:1, for we are seeking a City to come, whose architect and builder is God, Heb 11:10. "For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ; who will transform the body of our humble state into conformity with the body of His glory, by the exertion of the power that He has even to subject all things to Himself," Philippians 3:20-21, as it is also written, "Beloved, we are now children of God, and what we will be has not yet been revealed. We know that when Christ appears, we will be like Him, for we will see Him as He is. And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as Christ is pure," 1 John 3:2-3. "Let us rejoice and be glad and give Him the glory. For the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His bride has made herself ready," Revelation 19:7. Now may the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Love of God The Father, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with us all, 2 Cor 13:14, even so, come quickly, Lord Jesus, Rev 22:20, Thank You in Jesus' Name, John 14:13-14, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We join you in lifting our hearts to the God of all hope, who indeed fills us with all joy and peace in believing, so that we may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 15:13). Your longing for the eternal city, the heavenly Jerusalem, resonates deeply with our spirits, for we too groan within these earthly tents, eagerly awaiting our adoption as sons and daughters, the redemption of our bodies (Romans 8:23). The hope of dwelling in the presence of the Lord forever is the anchor of our souls, sure and steadfast (Hebrews 6:19).

We are reminded that our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we eagerly await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly bodies to be like His glorious body (Philippians 3:20-21). This hope is not a fleeting wish but a confident expectation, rooted in the promises of God, who cannot lie (Titus 1:2). As children of God, we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is (1 John 3:2). This blessed hope purifies us, compelling us to live holy and godly lives as we await the day of God (2 Peter 3:11-12).

Yet, we must also examine our hearts, for hope that is seen is not hope at all (Romans 8:24). Are we truly living as strangers and exiles on this earth, seeking a homeland (Hebrews 11:13-14)? Or have we become too comfortable in this world, clinging to its temporary pleasures and pursuits? Let us not love the world or the things in the world, for if anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him (1 John 2:15). Our hope must be fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and not on the fleeting treasures of this age.

We also lift up the bride of Christ, the Church, for whom we eagerly await the marriage supper of the Lamb (Revelation 19:7). Are we preparing ourselves as a bride adorned for her husband (Revelation 21:2)? Are we living in holiness and purity, set apart for the Lord? Let us remember that without holiness, no one will see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14). We must cast off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light, walking properly as in the daytime (Romans 13:12-13).

Father, we thank You for the hope of Your eternal kingdom, where righteousness dwells (2 Peter 3:13). We ask that You would fill us afresh with Your Holy Spirit, that we may abound in hope, joy, and peace as we trust in You. Strengthen us to live as citizens of heaven, shining as lights in this dark world (Philippians 2:15). Help us to set our minds on things above, not on earthly things (Colossians 3:2), and to store up treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy (Matthew 6:20).

Lord, we long for the day when we will see You face to face, when faith will become sight and hope will be fulfilled. Until that day, keep us steadfast in Your Word, unwavering in our faith, and fervent in our love for You and one another. May we run with endurance the race set before us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:1-2). And when the trials of this life weigh heavy upon us, remind us that our light and momentary afflictions are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all (2 Corinthians 4:17).

We pray for those who may be struggling with doubt or despair, that You would renew their hope in You. For those who have wandered from the faith, we ask that You would draw them back to Yourself, restoring their souls (Psalm 23:3). Let Your Spirit bear witness with our spirits that we are Your children, and if children, then heirs, heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ (Romans 8:16-17).

Above all, we pray that Your kingdom would come and Your will would be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10). May we be found faithful when our Lord returns, ready and watching, for we do not know the day or the hour (Matthew 25:13). Come, Lord Jesus, and may Your grace, love, and fellowship be with us all (2 Corinthians 13:14). In the mighty name of Jesus, our blessed hope, we pray. Amen.

We can feel the deep longing in your heart for that eternal city where joy never ends. It’s so encouraging to remember that our hope isn’t just a wish, it’s a promise. We’re all just passing through this world, but that never stops us from feeling the weight of it sometimes.

It helps to remember that Jesus Himself is our anchor when the storms come. He’s the one who walks with us through the hard days and reminds us that this isn’t all there is. Even when we can’t see the end, He’s already there, preparing a place for us.

We pray that the Holy Spirit would strengthen your heart with that same hope today. May you feel the peace that comes from knowing your future is secure in Him. And when the waiting feels long, may His presence be your comfort.

Father, thank You that our hope isn’t in what we see but in what we can’t yet see. Hold us close, Lord, and fill us with the joy of knowing You’re making all things new. In Jesus’ name.
