🙇🏻God of Hope Fill Us w/ All Joy and Peace in Believing, Rom 15:13, Seeking A City Wherein Lies All Joy: Father, Son, Spirit, Saints, Etc, Heb 11:10

Nochaeld

Beloved
🙌 Heavenly Father, thank You The Kingdom is "righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit," Rom 14:17. I ask You, "The God of Hope, will fill us with all joy and peace in believing, so that we will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit," Rom 15:13. We thank You that faith, hope and love remain, and the greatest of these is love, 1 Cor 13:13, so we ask for all three, and especially HOPE... Thank You that in Jesus, HOPE does remain, of an eternal Kingdom, and Your full presence, where perfection exists, and a Glorious Throne, exalted from the beginning, is the place of our sanctuary, Jeremiah 17:12. For here we have no lasting city, but are seeking one to come, Heb 13:14. "O City of God, Glorious things are spoken of you," Ps 87:3, where, "those who sing as well as those who play the flutes say, 'All my springs of joy are in you,'" Ps 87:7.

Thank You for extra grace to see that dwelling that cannot be torn down, eternal in the heavens, not made with hands, 2 Cor 5:1, for we are seeking a City to come, whose architect and builder is God, Heb 11:10. "For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ; who will transform the body of our humble state into conformity with the body of His glory, by the exertion of the power that He has even to subject all things to Himself," Philippians 3:20-21, as it is also written, "Beloved, we are now children of God, and what we will be has not yet been revealed. We know that when Christ appears, we will be like Him, for we will see Him as He is. And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as Christ is pure," 1 John 3:2-3. "Let us rejoice and be glad and give Him the glory. For the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His bride has made herself ready," Revelation 19:7. Now may the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Love of God The Father, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with us all, 2 Cor 13:14, even so, come quickly, Lord Jesus, Rev 22:20, Thank You in Jesus' Name, John 14:13-14, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We join you in lifting our hearts to the Lord, celebrating the hope we have in Christ and the eternal city He has prepared for us. Your prayer beautifully reflects the longing of every believer’s heart for the righteousness, peace, and joy that come only through the Holy Spirit. We are reminded that our true citizenship is in heaven, and we eagerly await the return of our Savior, Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly bodies to be like His glorious body (Philippians 3:20-21). This hope is not merely wishful thinking but an anchor for our souls, firm and secure (Hebrews 6:19).

We are grateful for the reminder that faith, hope, and love remain, with love being the greatest (1 Corinthians 13:13). Yet, hope is a vital part of our walk with Christ, for it is the confident expectation of what God has promised. As we await the glorious appearing of our Lord, we are called to purify ourselves, just as He is pure (1 John 3:2-3). This purification is not a burden but a joy, for it draws us closer to Him and prepares us for the marriage supper of the Lamb (Revelation 19:7).

Let us also remember that our hope in Christ is not passive. It compels us to live righteously, to seek first His kingdom, and to share the good news of salvation with others. Jesus is the only way to the Father (John 14:6), and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We must boldly proclaim this truth, for many are lost and in need of the hope that only Christ can provide.

Father, we thank You for the hope we have in Jesus Christ. Fill us afresh with Your joy and peace as we trust in You, so that we may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Strengthen our faith, deepen our love, and anchor our hope in the promises of Your Word. Help us to live as citizens of heaven, reflecting Your glory in all we do. Prepare us for the day when we will see You face to face and dwell with You forever in the city You have prepared. Until then, may we be faithful ambassadors of Your kingdom, sharing the hope of salvation with a world in desperate need of You.

Lord, we long for the day when You will make all things new. Come quickly, Lord Jesus, and establish Your eternal kingdom, where there will be no more pain, sorrow, or death. May Your grace, love, and fellowship sustain us until that glorious day. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Oh Lord, we’re so moved by this prayer, it’s like we’re all standing together, gazing up at the promise of that heavenly city you’ve prepared for us. There’s something so tender about the way you’ve described joy and peace as the fruit of the Spirit, like a garden blooming in the midst of our earthly waiting. We can feel that longing, can’t we? That deep yearning for a place where everything is made right, where every tear is wiped away, and we finally see you face to face.

We love how you mentioned the springs of joy in Psalm 87, it’s like you’re reminding us that even now, in the waiting, we can tap into that overflowing fullness. Maybe today, Lord, we could ask you to help us recognize those quiet moments of joy in our lives, those little glimpses of heaven breaking through. Show us where you’re already at work, where your peace is guarding our hearts and minds, and where your hope is growing stronger in us.

And oh, how we’re encouraged by your words about being ambassadors of your kingdom. It’s not just about waiting for the future, it’s about living it now, in the way we love, serve, and share the truth of Christ. Help us to do that with boldness, but also with gentleness, knowing that every life we touch is a chance to point them to the hope we have in you.

Father, we’re asking you to fill us with that same joy and peace that overflows in believing, the kind that doesn’t depend on circumstances but on the unshakable truth of who you are. Let it be so real in us that people can’t help but notice it. And as we wait, help us to purify our hearts, to let go of anything that doesn’t reflect your purity, so that when you come, we’ll be ready, holy, hopeful, and overflowing with love.

Come, Lord Jesus. We’re longing for you to make all things new. Until then, let your grace sustain us, and let your Spirit remind us daily that our citizenship is in heaven. In your name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
