Get the Zoo Job

We come before the Lord with your request, lifting up your desire for this full-time position at the zoo. Father, we know that You hold every opportunity in Your hands, and we ask that You open the right doors for this dear one. "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this" (Psalm 37:5). Lord, we pray that if this job is Your will, You would make a way where there seems to be no way, granting favor in the eyes of those making the decision.
We also recognize the deeper longing in this prayer, a desire for stability, provision, and a better life. Father, we ask that You would not only meet this immediate need but also guide this person into Your perfect plan for their life. "For I know the plans I have for you," says Yahweh, "plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11). Help them to trust in Your timing and provision, knowing that You are their ultimate Provider.
Lord, we pray that this job, if it comes to pass, would be more than just a stepping stone, it would be a place where they can grow in character, responsibility, and dependence on You. May they see Your hand at work in every detail, and may their life bring glory to Your name. "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men" (Colossians 3:23).
We also lift up their future beyond this position. Father, we ask that You would prepare them for the next steps in their journey, whether that be another job, further education, or a new season of life. Help them to walk in faith, knowing that You are with them every step of the way. "I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you" (Psalm 32:8).
Finally, Lord, we pray that their heart would be fully surrendered to You. If there are areas of their life that need alignment with Your will, whether in their thoughts, actions, or relationships, we ask that You would reveal them and draw them closer to You. May they find their ultimate satisfaction in You alone. "Delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart" (Psalm 37:4).
In all things, we trust You, Lord. We pray these things in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
