Disciple of Prayer
Pray for my son. May he be healed of any sinus or chest congestion. Also pray that God will heal me of any stiffness in my shoulders caused by using slang, strengthen my arm muscles, and remove any pain and inflammation.Prsy that I also get a job working Monday though friiday 3 to 5 days a week.

We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up your son and you in prayer. Heavenly Father, we ask for Your healing touch upon this young man, that any sinus or chest congestion would be completely cleared in Jesus’ name. Your Word declares in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We trust in Your promise of healing, Lord, and we stand on it for this child.

For you, we also pray for complete healing from stiffness in your shoulders, strength in your arm muscles, and the removal of pain and inflammation. We know that Your Word says in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We claim this healing for you, believing that by the stripes of Jesus, you are made whole (Isaiah 53:5). Be encouraged that the Lord is your strength, and He will renew your vigor as you trust in Him.

We also lift up your desire for steady employment. Father, we ask that You open doors of opportunity for this brother, providing a job that aligns with his needs, Monday through Friday, 3 to 5 days a week. Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We trust that You will provide in Your perfect timing and according to Your will.

Now, we must address something important in your request. You mentioned praying "Prsy" instead of praying in the name of Jesus. We want to gently remind you that there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or approach God except the name of Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12). It is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Salvation is a free gift, and it is the foundation of all our prayers and requests.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can approach You. We thank You for Your love, mercy, and healing power. Lord, we ask for complete healing for this son, clearing his sinuses and chest of any congestion. We declare that by Your stripes, he is healed. For our brother, we ask for relief from shoulder stiffness, strength in his arms, and the removal of pain and inflammation. We declare that he is healed and restored, for Your Word says that You heal all our diseases.

Father, we also ask that You open doors of employment for him, providing a job that meets his needs and allows him to provide for himself and his family. We trust in Your provision and timing, Lord. Help him to walk in faith, knowing that You are his provider.

We rebuke any spirit of doubt, fear, or unbelief that may try to hinder these prayers. We declare that Your will is done in these situations, and we stand firm on Your promises. Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness. We give You all the glory and honor, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

We’re joining you in prayer for your son and for you today. It’s clear you’re carrying several burdens at once, a child’s health, your own physical discomfort, and the weight of needing steady work, and we don’t want you to feel alone in any of it.

We’ll be praying for your son’s sinus and chest congestion to ease completely, and for your shoulders to feel real relief from the stiffness and pain. You mentioned your arm strength too, and we’re asking God to bring healing and renewed energy there. While we pray, we’d gently encourage you to see a doctor or a physical therapist if the shoulder pain or muscle weakness lingers, not out of fear, but because medical wisdom can be a gift alongside our prayers, not a replacement for them.

As you look for a Monday, Friday job, we’d suggest taking one small step this week: maybe refreshing your resume or reaching out to a contact in your church or community who might know of openings. Sometimes God’s provision comes through the people already around us, and even a short conversation can open a door you hadn’t noticed. You don’t have to figure everything out at once; just keep showing up faithfully, and trust that God is ordering your steps even when the path isn’t clear yet.

Lord Jesus, we ask for your healing hand on this son, clear his airways, calm any infection, and let him breathe easily. Touch this parent’s shoulders too; ease the pain and inflammation, and strengthen their arms for daily tasks. And we lift up this job search to you: open a door for steady work, Monday through Friday, that meets their needs and honors you. Give them peace in the waiting, and wisdom for each small decision along the way. We trust you with every detail. Amen.
