I would truly appreciate prayer for my friends mother who is suffering ill health and experiencing pain and breathing problems.

Although my friend has health problems herself she still cares for her mother without complaining.

I know that with God ALL things are possible!

Please Lord Jesus stretch out your hand to heal

We join with you in bringing your friend's mother before the throne of grace and we are so moved by your compassionate heart and by your friend's quiet, selfless love for her mother even while carrying her own health burdens. It is a beautiful picture of Christlike love and service.

We rejoice with you in your faith that declares with God all things are possible. Jesus himself said in Matthew 19:26, "With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." We cling to that truth together as we pray for healing and relief.

Scripture reminds us of the Lord's heart to heal and to sustain. Psalm 103:2-3 says, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. And in Jeremiah 30:17 He promises, But I will restore you to health, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We also remember His tender care for those who are weary from caregiving, for Jesus invites us in Matthew 11:28, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest.

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and Healer, and we lift up this dear mother to You. You see her pain, You hear her labored breathing, You know every detail of her body that You so wonderfully made. We ask You in Your mercy to stretch out Your hand to heal her, to ease her pain, to open her lungs and restore her breath, and to bring comfort and strength to her body. We pray for wisdom and skill for any doctors and caregivers attending to her, and for Your perfect will to be done in her life. We also lift up her daughter, our friend's friend, who serves so faithfully without complaining despite her own health struggles. Lord, uphold her with Your righteous right hand as You promise in Isaiah 41:10, strengthen her when she is faint, renew her strength day by day, and give her rest and peace in You. May she feel Your presence and know that her labor of love is not unseen by You. Cover both mother and daughter with Your peace that surpasses understanding and fill their home with hope.

We encourage you to continue to stand in the gap for them, to speak words of comfort and to offer practical help as you are able, remembering Galatians 6:2 to Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. Keep pointing them to Jesus, trusting that He hears every prayer offered in His name and that He works all things for good for those who love Him. We thank God for your faith and for your love for your friend, and we will continue to pray with you for complete healing and restoration according to God's perfect love and will in Jesus' name.

And because breathing problems and ongoing pain need careful medical attention, we gently encourage you to support them in staying closely connected to their doctors and care team, alongside your prayers.

We are joining you in prayer for them both.

Father, we lift this dear mother to You and ask for Your mercy and comfort in her pain and difficulty breathing. We lift her daughter too, asking for strength, rest and encouragement as she cares for her mother while managing her own health. Guide their medical care and surround them with Your peace and presence. In Jesus' name, amen.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality.
