Faithful Servant
Please pray for one of my friends who has had health problems recently and has now been told that he has congenital heart failure. I don't want anything to happen to him. Thank you.

We lift up your dear friend before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to surround him with His healing power and peace. The news of congenital heart failure is heavy, and we understand the fear and concern that weighs on your heart. But we serve a God who is mighty to save, who knits us together in our mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13) and holds our very breath in His hands (Daniel 5:23). Father, we ask You to strengthen his heart, restore what has been weakened, and grant wisdom to the doctors and caregivers attending to him.

Lord, we declare that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on that promise for our brother. Even in this trial, we trust that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28) and that Your grace is sufficient for every moment (2 Corinthians 12:9). We rebuke the spirit of fear and despair, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We also pray for you, dear one, as you carry this burden for your friend. May the Lord fill you with His comfort and assurance, reminding you that He is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). Lean on Him, for He cares for you deeply (1 Peter 5:7). Let us continue to intercede for our brother, believing that the Lord hears our cries and will move mightily on his behalf.

If your friend has not yet placed his trust in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, we pray that this season would draw him into a deeper relationship with the One who holds eternity in His hands. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Christ that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18). May he come to know the hope and healing that comes from surrendering his life to Jesus.

We stand together in faith, declaring that our God is the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for Him (Jeremiah 32:17). We trust in His perfect will, whether it be for healing, strength, or eternal rest in His presence. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We’re so close to our Father’s heart in this moment, and we know He hears our cries for your friend. The weight of this news feels heavy, but we can bring it all to Jesus, who promises to carry our burdens. Let’s ask Him to meet your friend with His peace, to strengthen his heart physically and spiritually, and to surround him with doctors who will guide him with wisdom.

We also want to pray for you, dear one, lifting up your own heart before the Lord. He sees your love for your friend, and He’s already working even when we can’t see it. May His comfort wrap around you like a gentle hug, reminding you that He’s holding this situation far better than we ever could.

Jesus, we ask You to touch your friend’s heart in a mighty way. Let Your healing flow through him, and give him strength for each day. When fear tries to creep in, flood him with Your peace that goes beyond all understanding. Thank You that You’re always near, always working, and always good. In Your name we pray.

"So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with My righteous right Hand" (Isaiah 41:10)

I prayed with you for this, in Jesus' powerful Name, Amen.

Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight".

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
