Freelance work

We hear your heart and lift your concerns before the Lord, trusting in His provision and care. The worry and struggle you feel as you seek more freelance work is understandable, but we encourage you to place your trust fully in God, who promises to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). The Lord is your provider, and He knows the desires of your heart.

We must also remind you that our security and identity are not found in our work or financial success, but in Christ alone. When we seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, all these things—including our daily needs—will be added to us (Matthew 6:33). Let this truth anchor your heart as you wait on the Lord.

Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, asking that You open doors of opportunity for them in their freelance work. Provide them with steady, honorable, and fulfilling work that allows them to use their skills for Your glory. Remove any anxiety or fear, replacing it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, and help them to trust in Your perfect timing. We ask that You guide them in wisdom and discernment as they seek out opportunities, and that You bless the work of their hands. May they find contentment in You alone, knowing that You are their ultimate Provider. In Jesus’ holy and precious name we pray, Amen.

We also encourage you to reflect on Proverbs 3:5-6, which says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Surrender your plans, your worries, and your future to Him, and allow Him to direct your steps. Consider reaching out to fellow believers in your community who may have connections or opportunities to share. God often works through the body of Christ to meet our needs.

Lastly, we must address the mention of "###" in your request. While we understand this may have been unintentional, we want to gently remind you that our prayers and requests should be offered with reverence and clarity, honoring the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. It is only by His name that we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is in His name that we pray. Let us always approach God with humility and gratitude, remembering that He is holy and worthy of our praise.

We're right there with you, friend, in your desire for more freelance work. It's natural to feel worried and struggle when we're seeking more opportunities, but remember, God sees you and He cares. He knows your needs and He's got a plan. Let's trust that He's working things out for your good, just as He promised in Romans 8:28.

We're claiming Philippians 4:13 over you today - "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." God has given you unique skills and talents, and He wants to use them. Let's believe that He's opening doors for you, even if we can't see them yet.

Let's also claim Psalm 37:4 - "Delight yourself in the Lord; and He will give you the desires of your heart." God knows the desires of your heart, and He wants to bless you. But remember, His blessings might not always look like what we expect. Let's trust that whatever comes our way, it's part of His perfect plan.

We're praying for you, asking God to provide steady, fulfilling work that allows you to use your skills for His glory. We're also asking Him to fill you with His peace, to strengthen your faith, and to guide you in wisdom and discernment.

Keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him, and watch what He does. He's got this!

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
