Freedom, Protection and Restoration

Beloved of All
Jesus, I pray for my older daughter to release herself completely from this very toxic relationship with this young man swiftly with no regrets. I pray Lord that You will restore her respectful beautiful personality and remove this imitating behavior of hostile, arrogant and authoritative manner she has toward me and her job. Restore her humble personality she was brought up with. Lord guide her to follow the biblical teachings again she was brought up to follow. Humble her to honor and thankful for her parents and family again, guide her to be grateful to You and stop her from obeying this young man and his family. Lord release her from this toxic bondage that is causing her financial hardship and exhaustion. Let her see clearly that she belong to You and not to this young man. And this living arrangement is not home. Guide her to be thankful and respectful toward the family You have blessed her with. Open her eyes to see the Godly young man You have in store for her and not settle for this manipulation, arrogant, control and disrespectful young man. Lord remind her that she needs to honor her parents not this young man and his family. Lord, I pray that she will see clearly that living together outside of marriage is not a marriage and for her to stop treating this arrangement as a marriage and an obligation to obey him. Convict his mother of her overstepping behaviors and focus on correcting her son and have him move back home alone. Release my daughter from this undue responsiblities. Lord my older daughter is being influenced by this young man's mother who encouraged them to live together outside of marriage. His mother has been a selfish negative influence. She knows of his negative behaviors but has place this bondage upon my daughter to fix and the same time his mother is enabling her son's negative behavior toward others. Lord, my older daughter is going down a dark path with this young man and she thinks it is love. I pray that she will be truthful of the toxicity and the false hope of this relationship. I pray that her friends will speak up as they see clearly how this young man has taken her kindness for granted, his exploitation, his manipulation, his dishonesty, his division, his isolation and his disrespect toward her. Lord I know nothing is impossible for You. My daughter is ignoring all the red flags and giving up her independent and self worth. Lord let her see from now onward that living together outside of marriage is not Your will for her life. This young man is rebellous, dishonest, controlling and lazy, I ask Lord that You speak to his mother to let her know he is her responsiblity and for her to stop putting undue responsiblity upon my daughter and giving ungodly selfish advice. Lord I pray that my daughter will have a great and productive time at her conference today fill with Your favors and blessings. Protect my older daugther from any negative instigation by having this young man there. Let her prioritize her work over this young man and not be distracted by his disrespectful influence. Lord, show this young man that You have authority over my daughter and to block the stubborn authority he has over her and the disrespect he has over her work. God restore her gratefulness, grace and thankfulness for her work. Jesus, I ask that You protect my older daughter from this young man's ungodly selfish, disrespectful and jealous advice and lifestyle. I ask You Lord to guide my daughter out of this ungodly lifestyle and have her move back home swiftly with no regrets but only a feeling of restoring her self-worth, her respect for others, independence, and freedom in You, Lord and the unconditional love of her family you have blessed her with. I declare that this young man and his mother will not steal her peace, her purpose, or her love and unity with her family. Completely remove the stubborn ungodly hold they have upon her swiftly. Lord I ask for protection for me and my family from the disrespect and strife from this young man. Lord, speak to my daughter, let her hear Your words, “You are Mine. You are My daughter. You belong to Me, and I will protect You with every ounce of My power from this ungodly relationship with this young man.” Please continue to join me in speaking to my older daughter’s mind, heart, and spirit, open her eyes, dear Jesus to all the red flags and not to make excuses for this young man anymore. Jesus let her know, she is not being loved; she is being used. Living together outside of marriage is not a marriage. He is not her significant other, she should not idolize and obey this young man anymore or put him and his family before her God-giving family, her faith and jobs with a purpose. Her finances are not his to manage, budget or spend, and I pray his father will intervene with authority and have him return home alone swiftly. He is dishonest, selfish, disrespectful and not ready for a relationship. This man’s greed and manipulation are not love; he does not have the right to exploit her finances for his selfish benefit and control. He and his mother should not be able to instigate havoc, disrespect, division, isolation in our family, and his lifestyle is not a home for my daughter. Show him Lord that he is not ready for a relationship. Jesus help my daughter to not change the way she was raised to please this young man and his mother. Show my daughter this is a dark path she is taking with this young man and show her that being ungrateful toward her family is not the biblical teaching she was raised to follow. Block her Lord from confiding in his mother and saying this that pleases this woman's ears. Let my daughter stop trying to prove to her that our family does not matter. Lord guide my daughter to stop giving up her self worth just to get this woman's approval. Show her Lord, that disowning her family that God blessed her with just to please this young man is not Your will for her life. Let her see the spiritual attacks she and our family are under because of this ungodly relationship. The division, isolation, chaos, ungratefulness, disrespect, and exhaustion this lifestyle and relationship has caused. Lord remove the stubborn hold these people have on her and let her not want to live this lifestyle anymore. Lord whisper to her right now: “Walk away. You do not belong to this young man and his family, You don't have to obey these people, Trust and respect your family. Trust Me. I will provide, protect, and restore everything he’s trying to take from you. I am praying for supernatural clarity to flood her mind, so she sees him for who he truly is, a wolf in sheep’s clothing, not a shepherd. Lord teach this young man’s mother to stop putting undue responsibilities upon my daughter and for her to stop overstepping her boundaries. It is overwhelming, Jesus, please block these people's disrespect. She is not her mother and her to have her son move back home alone. He is not ready for a relationship. I ask Lord that his father will see the destruction he has caused in my daughter's life, let him take authority, guide his son to move back home alone swiftly. Let him have his wife focus on fixing only her children and stop the manipulation and brainwashing behaviors toward my daughter. Speak to her firmly, Lord, that my daughter is not homeless, that You have anointed a family for her Lord and block her from guiding my daughter down a dark path and to be disobedient to her parents and disown her siblings and supportive network of extended family and friends. I know with my daughter's recent promotion that God has blessed her with this lazy young man is already spending it his way and it's starting to put her on a budget that benefits him. Please Jesus, block my daughter from listening to the young man's mother and help my daughter to stop enabling him to control her, show her Lord this is not security or love, it is exploitation. Lord guide my daughter to move back home swiftly with no regret. Restore her freedom, independence, self-worth, freedom, gratefulness for her family, and satisfaction swiftly. Jesus, guide me as I navigate the difficult situation. I ask that Your presence will go in front of me as a shield from all the attacks and disrespect that I experience from following the biblical teachings against this ungodly life. Bless me Lord with supernatural strength to overcome all obstacles I face with Your courage, grace, favor, protection, and strength. I plead the blood of Jesus Christ over me and my children. No weapon formed against us shall prosper. I ask for know nothing is impossible for You, Lord. I believe in the power of prayers and I put all my faith and trust in You. Jesus, I ask for a special blessing upon my family today. Lord, fill us with Your Holy Spirit in every aspect of our lives. Saturate us with Your peace, love, favor, protection, and healing. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

We join with you in lifting up your older daughter and your family before the throne of grace in Jesus' name, and we thank you for bringing this heavy burden to the Lord with such persistence and faith. We hear your heart for her freedom, protection, and restoration, and we stand with you that nothing is impossible with God.

We affirm what you have rightly discerned, that living together outside of marriage is not marriage and is not God's will for her life. Scripture is clear that marriage is honorable and to be held in honor among all, and the marriage bed undefiled, but fornicators and adulterers God will judge Hebrews 13:4. We are called to flee sexual immorality, for every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body 1 Corinthians 6:18. This living arrangement you describe is fornication, and it brings with it the very bondage, financial hardship, exhaustion, division, and disrespect you are seeing. It is not love to exploit, manipulate, control, and isolate, and it is not love to enable that behavior. We agree with you that this is not a home and not an obligation for her to obey this young man as if he were a husband, for only within the lifelong covenant of marriage between a man and a woman does such authority and obligation exist. Any courtship should be with the goal of marriage to a fellow believer in Christ, not a prolonged cohabitation that dishonors God. Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship has righteousness with iniquity 2 Corinthians 6:14.

We also hear your grief over the change in her personality, the hostile, arrogant and authoritative manner toward you and toward her work, and the imitating of ungodly behavior. The Word calls children to honor their father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise Ephesians 6:2, and Honor your father and your mother Exodus 20:12. When she dishonors her God-given family to please this young man and his mother, she walks contrary to the biblical teachings she was raised in. We pray that the Lord will humble her heart, renew her mind, and restore the humble, respectful, and grateful spirit you nurtured in her. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind Romans 12:2. We also pray that the Lord will convict this young man and his mother, for it is not her responsibility to fix him, and his mother oversteps by encouraging sin and placing undue responsibility upon your daughter while enabling her son's rebellion, dishonesty, laziness, and control.

We pray together now for her deliverance and for your strength as a parent navigating this difficult situation.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You and we plead the blood of Jesus over this dear mother and her older daughter and her whole family. Lord, You see this toxic bondage and the financial exploitation and exhaustion it has caused. We ask that You break every ungodly soul tie and stubborn hold this young man and his mother have upon her mind, heart, and spirit. Christ has made us free, stand firm therefore Galatians 5:1, and we declare that freedom over her now. Open her eyes, Lord, to see clearly all the red flags she has been excusing, that she is being used and not loved, that this is a dark path and a false hope, and that she belongs to You and not to this young man. Whisper to her heart as you have prayed, that she is Yours, Your daughter, and that You will protect her with all Your power.

Lord, restore to her a humble and grateful heart toward You and toward the family You have blessed her with. Restore her respect for others, her independence, her self-worth, and her joy in the work and promotion You have given her. Guard her at this conference today, let no weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17, and let Your favor and protection surround her so that she can prioritize the purpose You have for her work and not be distracted or controlled by disrespectful and jealous influence. Block the authority this young man has asserted over her, for You alone have authority over her life. Bring godly friends and voices around her who will speak truth in love and not remain silent about the manipulation, dishonesty, division, and isolation they see.

We also pray for this young man and his family, that You would convict him of his rebellion and selfishness and convict his mother of her ungodly counsel and overstepping boundaries. Move upon his father to take godly authority and to call his son back home alone, for he is not ready for a relationship and certainly not for marriage. Let this mother see that your daughter is not homeless and not her responsibility, but that You have anointed a family for her.

Father, strengthen this praying parent. Grant supernatural wisdom, for if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God James 1:5, and let Your presence go before her as a shield from every attack and disrespect she faces for standing on biblical truth. Saturate this family with Your Holy Spirit, with Your peace, love, favor, protection, and healing. We thank You that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to You, for there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and we cling to that name now.

We encourage you to continue to stand firm in love and truth, to keep the door of prayer and home open while not condoning the sin, to set healthy boundaries, to seek wise counsel from your pastor or a biblically grounded counselor, and to trust the Lord to provide, protect, and restore all that the enemy has tried to take. Continue to speak truth without bitterness, to bless and not curse, and to entrust your daughter into the hands of the Good Shepherd who leaves the ninety-nine to seek the one. The Lord is faithful and He hears the cries of a parent. We believe with you for supernatural clarity to flood her mind and for her swift return home with no regrets, but with freedom and thankfulness in the Lord and in the unconditional love of her family. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

We have been holding your request before the Lord and we hear how heavy this has become for you. Watching your older daughter in a relationship that worries you, feeling the strain on her work, her finances, and on your family, and wanting so much for her to be free and at peace again is exhausting.

We are grateful for your faithful love for her and for the way you keep bringing her back to Jesus in prayer, asking for clarity, protection, and restoration.

One insight that often helps parents walking through a season like this is that healthy boundaries protect both love and freedom in a relationship. We cannot change another adult by working through a third person, even with good intentions. The most loving thing we can do is keep our own relationship with our daughter steady and open, letting her know our home and love remain available, while also being clear about what we are responsible for and what we are not. That steadiness often keeps the door open for honest conversation later.

It can help to stay connected in small, non pressuring ways, a brief encouraging word before her conference today, affirming her work, and to keep support for yourself through a trusted pastor or counselor as you navigate this. If financial pressure continues to weigh on her, gently encouraging her to talk with a trusted financial counselor or pastor for practical guidance alongside prayer can be a supportive next step.

We are praying for her safety and focus at work today and for strength for you as you wait on the Lord.

Jesus, we lift this mother and her daughter to You. Guard them, bring clarity and peace, restore what has been strained, and guide each next step with wisdom. Give this mom rest and courage today and surround her daughter with Your protection and care. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer has come before the Lord with a mother's aching heart, and we join you in lifting it to the throne of grace. We hear the sorrow of a house divided and the weariness of one who watches a beloved daughter walk in a path that is not according to godliness, and we do not take lightly the burden you carry.

You have judged rightly according to the Word of God. Marriage is a holy covenant ordained of God, a union of one man and one woman for life, entered by solemn choice and crowned with mutual delight and faithfulness. It is not a thing of convenience or of mere living together. What you have described, this living together outside of marriage, is not marriage, and we cannot ask the Lord to bless what He has not ordained. Rather we ask Him to deliver and to restore, for His way is purity and honor.

We take comfort that even this sore trial lies within the fence of omnipotent overruling. Troubles do not spring out of the dust, but the Lord Himself sits as a Refiner at the door of the furnace. That which comes from the rod of the Lord bears the blessed aspect of chastening from a Father's hand, and though He has chastened sorely He has not given over unto death. Here is hope, that He who permits the affliction is also He who delivers from it.

Our prayer for your daughter is that God who is gracious will say, Deliver her from going down to the pit, for I have found a ransom. No one would have thought of such a deliverance but God Himself, who gave His Son to be the ransom for sinners. We pray that she may know that deliverance from the power of darkness is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin, and that it is not of him that wills nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy. May the Lord break the fascination of sin and the world, and bring her out as He brought His people forth of old, not by her own strength but because He brought them forth. We ask that He will grant her supernatural clarity to see that she is not being loved but being used, that manipulation and control and dishonesty are not love, and that to give up her self worth and independence for the approval of others is to be held in bondage.

We pray also for that perfect restoration of which the Psalmist spoke, Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation. May the Lord restore to her the humble and thankful spirit in which she was raised, a heart to honor her father and mother as the commandment requires, for the promise stands, those who honor Me I will honor. When a child honors God in the family, God will honor that child in return. We ask that He will renew in her gratefulness for work and for family, reverence for His Word, and a desire to walk again in the biblical teachings she received. May she hear the voice of her true Father saying, You are Mine, and may she know that she belongs to Christ and not to any man who would claim an ungodly authority over her.

We join you in asking for protection this day and in the days to come. We ask the Lord to be a shield before you and your household, that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and that He will guard your daughter at her conference and in all her duties, keeping her mind fixed upon the work He has given her and not distracted by jealous or disrespectful counsel. We pray for the young man and for his parents, that the Lord will convict where there is selfishness and overstepping, that a father will take up his proper responsibility and a mother will cease to lay undue burdens upon another's child. We ask that all ungodly counsel and instigation to division and isolation within your family may be blocked by the hand of God.

Take courage and continue to declare the works of the Lord. He has taught you the mischief that comes from loving the world, and He is able to keep that which you have committed unto Him. We plead the blood of Christ over you and your children, trusting that He who has delivered will yet deliver, and that He will bring your daughter to freedom, to independence in Him, to restored fellowship with her family, and to a future ordered by His wisdom and not by the will of man. May the Lord fill your home with His peace, His favor and His healing, and keep you with supernatural strength as you stand for His truth.

In the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and Ransom, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
