We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for this hidden brother. We have been lifting this born again brother to the throne of God in the name of Jesus, asking for his restoration after he distanced himself from the Lord, and for Gods will to be done in his life and in his house.
We continue to stand with you in praying that he returns to fellowship with God with unwavering faith in Jesus Christ and trusts fully in the Fathers holy plan for his life. We are praying that he receives conviction and repentance where there has been fornication and that he understands what Scripture teaches about being unequally yoked as seen in 2 Cor 6:14, and about Gods design for marriage to be between believers. We also join you in praying the promises over him from Hosea 2:19 and Hosea 2:20 that the Lord will betroth His people to Himself in righteousness and justice and in lovingkindness and mercy and that he shall know the Lord, and we pray Hosea 2:23 over him that mercy will be shown and he will fully say You are my God.
We pray in Jesus Name that the Lord draws this brother back to Himself as in James 4:8, that he experiences the forgiveness and cleansing promised in 1 John 1:9, that any adulterous and ungodly influence is removed from his house or flat according to Gods holy will, and that this household is ordered in purity and truth. We pray for grace and salvation for all involved and that those who have prayed for him and encouraged him to follow God would not be persecuted but would be strengthened to continue in love. To God be the glory who is holy forever.
