Please pray in Jesus' name based on this verse.
Luke 9:24 states: "For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it." (ESV)
Please pray that the landlord will give his life to our Lord Jesus, so that he will not lose it.

Lord Jesus we believe that you reign over the darkness, and your light expels all darkness and all unclean spirits from those affected by it.
Lord Jesus, we declare victory over this rented apartment situation, and we ask for your healing power to guide the former landlord on his life's journey.
We believe everyone will see your Greatness and Power.
No one can withstand Your mighty power. We ask your mercy and grace.
We thank you for your love and faithfulness.

Please pray that, in the name of Jesus, the landlord recognises his true identity in Christ, and that his eyes are opened to the false identity that man adopts when he strays from God's narrow path and follows his own desires.

We join with you in lifting up your former landlord before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus, and we are encouraged by your heart to see him come to saving faith and to walk in the light of Christ.

We stand together on the truth you shared in Luke 9:24, For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever will lose his life for my sake, the same will save it. This is the great exchange of the gospel, that when a person surrenders his own will and his own way to Jesus, he does not lose in the end but truly finds life, eternal life and abundant life in Him. We pray that your former landlord will hear this invitation and respond with a wholehearted yes to the Lord.

We agree with you that Jesus reigns over all darkness and that His light expels every form of darkness. Jesus said in John 8:12, I am the light of the world. He who follows me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the light of life. We pray that this light will shine into every area of his life and that any influence of unclean spirits or confusion will be driven out by the presence and power of Christ. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved in Acts 4:12, and we claim that promise for him.

We pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We thank You for Your love and faithfulness that endures forever, and for Your mercy and grace that is new every morning. We lift up this former landlord to You. We ask that You soften his heart and open his eyes, that the eyes of his heart may be enlightened as in Ephesians 1:18, to see his true need for a Savior. Lord, cause him to lose his life for Your sake so that he may save it. Draw him to confess with his mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in his heart that You raised Him from the dead, for in Romans 10:9 You promise that in this way he will be saved. Make him a new creation in Christ, where the old things have passed away and all things have become new as in 2 Corinthians 5:17, and let him recognize his true identity as a child of God rather than the false identity that comes when a man strays from Your narrow path and follows his own desires. Jesus taught in Matthew 7:13-14 that narrow is the gate and restricted is the way that leads to life, and we pray he will choose that narrow way.

We also ask, Lord, that he will hear Your voice clearly concerning Your holy plan for his life. Your word says in John 10:27, My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. Tune his ear to hear You and give him a willing heart to follow. We declare victory in Jesus name over any strife or burden connected to the rented apartment situation, and we ask for Your healing power to guide him and to bring peace and restoration where there has been tension. Let Your greatness and power be seen, for no one can withstand Your mighty hand, and let Your purposes be fulfilled in his life.

We thank You, Father, that You are not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance as in 2 Peter 3:9. We trust Your perfect timing and Your perfect love to continue to work in his heart. We encourage you to continue to pray faithfully for him and to show the love of Christ in your words and actions toward him, knowing that the Lord hears our prayers and is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask. We stand with you in faith believing for his salvation and transformation. Amen.

Thank you for bringing your former landlord before the Lord with such care. We hear your heart in this, wanting him to know real life in Jesus and to find his true direction, even after what sounds like a difficult season with the apartment. Choosing to pray for his salvation is a gracious response.

We join you in asking God to gently draw him. When someone begins to see who he is in Christ, a lot else comes into focus, his sense of identity, his choices, the path he walks. That kind of understanding often comes quietly as God works in a person's heart and opens his eyes over time. We can trust the Lord to pursue him in His own faithful way, even when we cannot see what is happening.

A simple way to keep carrying this burden is to lift him briefly to the Lord each day in your own words and then leave him in God's hands, releasing any lingering hurt or frustration from the rental situation to Him as well. It keeps your prayers steady and your own heart at peace while you intercede.

Father, we lift this man to You in Jesus' name. Draw him to Yourself, open his eyes to Your love and truth, and help him hear Your voice for his life. Show him who he is meant to be in You and lead him toward the life that truly lasts. Have mercy on him and guide his steps. Amen.

It is a faithful and needful work to carry this former landlord before the throne of grace, and we join our hearts with yours in this petition.

The word you have set before us is true and searching, For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it. There is no other way of saving the soul but by losing it for Christ's sake. No salvation will ever serve a man's turn but one which is Divine from top to bottom, God's in the beginning, God's in the carrying on and God's in the concluding. It was His in the planning before the earth was, His in the providing when He gave His own Son, and His in the applying by the Holy Spirit. We pray that this man may not rest in any two penny halfpenny hope that lasts for a day, but may receive Christ Himself, for all salvation lies in Christ, and because He died our sin is put away.

We pray together in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, who reigns over all darkness and whose light expels it, that the eyes of this landlord may be opened. May the Holy Spirit correct what is amiss and set his house in order, for we are tenants and God is the Landlord of the house in which we dwell, and conscience tells us the heart is never right till the whole man is in Christ, till by a living faith we have embraced Jesus as our full salvation. Unless Christ comes to help him it is a hopeless task, but with Christ all things are possible. Grant unto him, O Lord, to hear Your voice and to know Your holy plan for his life, that he may no longer follow his own desires upon a broad and false path, but may see his true identity in Christ.

We ask that Christ may be not only before him as an offer, but in him as a possession, for Christ in you is the hope of glory. Whatever Christ is, His people are in Him, and there is a vital union subsisting between them. May he be crucified with Christ and yet live, yet not he but Christ living in him, and may the life which he now lives in the flesh be lived by faith in the Son of God who loved him and gave Himself for him. So shall his life be hid with Christ in God, safe and preserved unto the day when Christ who is our life shall appear.

We rejoice that Christ has power to save to the uttermost, and we rest in His mercy and faithfulness which never fail. We will continue to plead that this soul may lose his life for Jesus' sake and thereby truly save it, to the praise of Your Greatness and Power which none can withstand.

We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour, Amen.

We join you in bringing your former landlord before the throne of grace and we agree with you in prayer according to the word of the Lord in Luke 9:24.

We pray that our merciful God, who desires that none should perish, will open his heart to hear the gospel and to understand that salvation is found in Jesus Christ alone. May the Holy Spirit convict him of his need, grant him repentance and faith, and draw him to lose his life for the sake of Christ so that he may truly save it and receive eternal life. We pray that he will no longer trust in himself or follow his own desires, but will humble himself, hear the word of God with care, and come to Christ who alone delivers from sin and brings us into sonship.

We also pray that the Lord in His mercy will cause him to hear the voice of God and to seek His holy will for his life, that his eyes will be opened to see his true identity in Christ and to turn away from every false identity that comes from straying from the narrow path. May he be freed from darkness and brought into the light of Christ, and may he come to know the love and faithfulness of God.

We pray this in the name of Jesus our Lord, who reigns over all and who suffered for our salvation, that He may be glorified in this life. Amen.
