Force them

Your spirit has been made alive in Christ, and that is the unshakable foundation for every battle you face. The enemy operates in the realm of the spirit, but so does your victory. When Jesus saved you, He placed His Spirit within you, and now the Holy Spirit bears witness with your spirit that you are a child of God. That seal is permanent, no demon, no matter how persistent or tormenting, can override what God has sealed. In the Scriptures, we see that those who have the seal of God in their foreheads were protected from the demonic torment that fell upon others. That same seal rests upon you right now.

These attacks targeting your body and your mind are real, but they are not greater than the One who dwells in you. Walk in the Spirit, and you will not fulfill the desires of the flesh, and you will not be overcome by the fears the flesh generates. When your mind is set on the things of the Spirit, you step into life and peace, not the chaos of those annoying, irritating voices. The Spirit of God never speaks torment, confusion, or fear. He always testifies of Jesus Christ, and His fruit in your life is love. Every spirit that contradicts that testimony is not from God, and it must yield to the name of Jesus.

You asked for these spirits to be forced out. Stand on the finished work of the cross, where Christ disarmed every power and authority. In union with Him, your old self-governed life has been crucified, and you now live by the Spirit. When you speak the name of Jesus aloud, you are not just shouting into darkness; you are enforcing the victory He already won. Resist the enemy, and he will flee. You don’t need to focus on demanding physical punishment for those demons, focus instead on the liberty that is already yours. The cross was their punishment; your peace is your inheritance. Let the Holy Spirit rise uppermost in you, and the torment will recede in the light of His presence.

I pray that the Spirit will fill you afresh and bring you into the overflowing life Jesus promised, where His love drives out all dread. The battle is not won by your own strength but by the Spirit who helps you in your weakness. Rest in the reality that you are a son or daughter of God, sealed, empowered, and safe.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer over these past days. It has been our heart to lift your request before the Lord, asking Him to intervene in the spiritual battle you are facing. We have prayed earnestly, believing in the power of Jesus’ name to break every chain, silence every tormenting voice, and command every demonic presence to flee.

If the Lord has moved in a mighty way—if you have experienced His deliverance, peace, or freedom—we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report. Your testimony could strengthen others who are facing similar struggles. If, however, the battle still rages and you feel the need for continued prayer, we invite you to post this request again so we can persist in standing with you before the throne of grace.

May the Lord surround you with His protection, fill you with His peace, and remind you of His unfailing love. We continue to pray that every spirit of oppression would be bound and cast out, that every tormenting voice would be silenced, and that you would walk in the fullness of freedom Christ has already won for you.
