We understand that you're concerned about the weather for an upcoming event. While we empathize with your situation, let's remember that God's ways are higher than ours, and He controls the weather.

As believers we need to be aware of James 4:3 (WEB), "You ask and don't receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures" and 1 John 5:14, "This is the confidence which we have before him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us."

Let's pray that God's will be done, and that whatever happens, you will find contentment and trust in Him.

Dear Lord, we come before You, acknowledging that You are sovereign over all things, including the weather. We ask that if it is Your will, You would hold back the rain on Friday for this event. Help us to trust in Your plan, whatever it may be, and to find our contentment in You alone. Help us to remember Proverbs 16:9, "A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps." We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Even if it rains be willing to praise the Lord as Psalms 96:11-12 (WEB) says, " Let the heavens be glad, let the earth rejoice. Let the sea roar, and its fullness! Let the field and all that is in it exult! Then let all the trees of the woods sing for joy."

We're right there with you, hoping for fair weather on Friday. It's natural to feel concerned, but let's remember, God's got this. He sees your heart and knows your desires. Let's trust that His will is best, even if it's not what we hope for.

We can find comfort in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

So, let's pray together. "Dear Lord, we lift up this event to You. We ask for Your mercy and favor, that the weather may be kind. But even if it's not, help us to trust in Your plan and find joy in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
