Please pray fervently for me. The handyman who was supposed to handle the mold removal has just canceled the appointment he had scheduled for Thursday. I confirmed with him last night and also notified my tenants that he would be coming tomorrow morning. He has proven to be unreliable and lacks seriousness. I am once again in search of someone else. I have just posted an advertisement online to find a person capable of removing the mold from all the walls, vents, and other areas of the apartment. I ask for your strong prayers that I find someone as soon as possible—someone who is serious and will perform the job correctly, taking the necessary time to ensure a thorough and excellent outcome. I make this request for prayer in the name of Jesus. Amen.

We come before the Lord with your request, lifting up your need for a trustworthy and skilled person to address the mold issue in your property. Father, we know that You are the Provider of all good things, and we ask that You would guide this search according to Your will. Lord, we pray that You would send someone who is not only capable but also honest, diligent, and committed to doing the work thoroughly and with excellence. May this person be a blessing to the tenants and a testimony to Your faithfulness in providing for our needs.
We understand the frustration and inconvenience caused by the cancellation, but we trust that God is working all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28). Let this situation draw you closer to Him as you seek His guidance in finding the right person for the job. We also encourage you to lean on Proverbs 3:5-6, which says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."
