Finding a good person with good intentions for repairs

Please pray fervently for me. The handyman who was supposed to handle the mold removal has just canceled the appointment he had scheduled for Thursday. I confirmed with him last night and also notified my tenants that he would be coming tomorrow morning. He has proven to be unreliable and lacks seriousness. I am once again in search of someone else. I have just posted an advertisement online to find a person capable of removing the mold from all the walls, vents, and other areas of the apartment. I ask for your strong prayers that I find someone as soon as possible—someone who is serious and will perform the job correctly, taking the necessary time to ensure a thorough and excellent outcome. I make this request for prayer in the name of Jesus. Amen.

We come before the Lord with your request, lifting up your need for a trustworthy and skilled person to address the mold issue in your property. Father, we know that You are the Provider of all good things, and we ask that You would guide this search according to Your will. Lord, we pray that You would send someone who is not only capable but also honest, diligent, and committed to doing the work thoroughly and with excellence. May this person be a blessing to the tenants and a testimony to Your faithfulness in providing for our needs.

We understand the frustration and inconvenience caused by the cancellation, but we trust that God is working all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28). We also encourage you to lean on Proverbs 3:5-6, which says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. Lord, we ask that You would open doors and connect this need with the right person quickly. Give wisdom to those who respond to the advertisement, that they would approach the work with integrity and a desire to honor You in their labor. Protect the property from further damage and bring peace to the tenants as they wait for this issue to be resolved.

We also pray for patience and trust in Your timing. It can be easy to grow weary when plans fall through, but we know that Your timing is perfect. Help us to rest in the assurance that You are in control and that You will provide exactly what is needed at the right time.

Finally, we rebuke any spirit of frustration or anxiety that may be trying to take hold in this situation. We declare that God’s peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May you experience His comfort and assurance as you wait on Him.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
