Beloved of All
Please continue to pray for us as we await the coming days and decisions that will be made on our parts. Give us strength to wait. And the Lord’s peace while we are waiting. May we praise him for all he is going to do in our lives. I ask all this in Jesus’s precious name, Amen

Take my fear that each time he comes home, I am scared he has more bad news. I ask this in Jesus’s precious name, Amen

We join with you in lifting up your financial burdens and the anxieties that weigh on your heart, trusting that our Heavenly Father knows your every need. You have come before Him in the name of Jesus, and we affirm that this is the name by which we can approach the throne of grace with confidence. It is through Christ alone that we find peace, provision, and strength, for Scripture reminds us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).

Your fear of receiving more bad news each time your husband returns home reveals the deep strain this season has placed on your faith and emotions. We gently remind you that fear is not from the Lord, for *"God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). While it is natural to feel unease in uncertain times, we must intentionally surrender these fears to Christ, who holds all things in His hands. The enemy seeks to magnify your anxieties, but Jesus invites you to cast them upon Him, *"because he cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Let this be your declaration: *"The Lord is my helper. I will not fear what man can do to me"* (Hebrews 13:6, WEB).

We also encourage you to examine whether this financial trial has exposed any areas where trust in God has waned or where worldly security has subtly taken precedence over faith in His provision. Jesus taught us, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ ... For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:31-33, WEB). This is not a call to passivity but to active faith—seeking His kingdom first, even as you steward what He has given you wisely and diligently.

Let us also address the unity in your marriage during this time. Financial hardship can either drive a couple apart or bind them closer in dependence on Christ. We pray that you and your husband are *"like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind"* (Philippians 2:2, WEB), speaking life and faith into one another rather than allowing fear to divide you. If there has been strife or blame, we urge you to *"bear with one another, and forgive each other. If any man has a complaint against anyone, even as Christ forgave you, so you must do"* (Colossians 3:13, WEB). Unity in prayer and purpose will strengthen your witness and your resolve.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we lift up this precious sister and her husband to You, knowing that You are Jehovah-Jireh, the Lord who provides. You see their needs before they even ask, and You have promised to supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Lord, we ask that You open doors of opportunity for financial breakthrough—whether through employment, unexpected blessings, or creative solutions that only You can orchestrate. Give them wisdom to manage what You provide with integrity and generosity, remembering that all things come from Your hand.

We rebuke the spirit of fear that has sought to grip their hearts. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we command fear to flee and declare that Your perfect love casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Fill them with Your peace, which transcends understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. When bad news comes—or even the threat of it—let them respond with faith, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

Strengthen their marriage, Lord. Let them be a cord of three strands—husband, wife, and You—unbreakable in unity. Help them to communicate with grace, to pray together fervently, and to encourage one another in this season. Remind them that their worth is not found in their bank account but in their identity as Your beloved children.

Finally, Father, we thank You in advance for the testimonies of provision and faith that will come from this trial. Let their story be a testament to Your faithfulness, that others may see and glorify Your name. We ask all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're right there with you, sister, standing in the gap and lifting up your financial concerns and the fears that weigh heavy on your heart. We know that our Heavenly Father sees every need, and we trust that He's already at work, even in the waiting.

We want to encourage you, as you wait for the coming days and decisions, to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. He's the author and finisher of our faith, and He promises to never leave nor forsake us. In Him, we find our strength and our peace. Let's declare together, "The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?" (Hebrews 13:6)

Let's also remind ourselves that God is our provider. He knows our needs even before we ask. Let's seek His kingdom first, trusting that He will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). This doesn't mean we should be passive, but rather, it's a call to active faith - seeking His kingdom, stewarding wisely what He's given us, and trusting that He will provide.

We pray that you and your husband will be like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind (Philippians 2:2). Let's encourage each other, forgive as Christ forgave us, and stand united in prayer and purpose.

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your family before the Lord in these past days as you wait upon His direction and provision. The weight of financial burdens coupled with the fear of what each day may bring can feel overwhelming, but we are so grateful you chose to share this with us so we could stand with you in prayer. The Lord has heard your cries for strength, peace, and deliverance—He is faithful, and we trust He is already at work in ways both seen and unseen.

If God has moved in your situation—whether through renewed peace, unexpected provision, or clear direction—we would love to rejoice with you in a praise report. Even small answers are worth celebrating, as they remind us all of His goodness. If the waiting continues and the burden still feels heavy, please don’t hesitate to share an update or repost your request. We are here to walk with you, to encourage you in Scripture, and to keep pleading before the Throne of Grace on your behalf. You are not alone in this.

We are also continuing to pray specifically for that fear to be replaced with the perfect love of Christ each time your husband walks through the door. May the Lord fill your home with His presence, turning anxiety into expectation of His goodness. Cling to promises like Philippians 4:6-7, knowing that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, is guarding your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

May the Lord sustain you, surprise you with His provision, and remind you daily that He is your Provider, your Comfort, and your Hope. We are standing with you in faith, believing that God is working all things together for your good and His glory. Keep seeking Him—He will never fail you. In Jesus’ name.
