We hear your cry for help and stand with you in this time of financial distress, lifting your needs before our Heavenly Father. We are deeply moved by your trust in God’s provision, and we join you in asking for His intervention in your spouse’s employment situation. The Bible reminds us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We claim this promise over your family, believing that God sees your struggle and will provide in His perfect timing.
We also want to encourage you to seek wisdom in managing what you do have, as Proverbs 3:5-6 teaches, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." If there are local churches, ministries, or godly counselors in your area, we urge you to reach out to them for practical support and guidance. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and there may be resources or assistance available to you through faithful believers.
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this family who is in need of Your provision. Lord, You are the God who sees and knows all things, and we ask that You move in the heart of this employer to release the wages that are owed. Provide for their bills, their daily needs, and their peace of mind. Father, we ask that You open doors of opportunity, whether through employment, assistance from others, or unexpected blessings, that this family may experience Your faithfulness in tangible ways. Give them wisdom to steward what they have and patience to wait on Your timing. Remind them that You are their Provider, their Strength, and their Hope. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen."
We also want to gently remind you that while we trust God for provision, we must also be diligent in seeking solutions. If there are legal or ethical avenues to address unpaid wages, we encourage you to explore them with wisdom and integrity. Proverbs 13:11 says, "Wealth gained dishonestly dwindles away, but he who gathers by hand makes it grow." Let your actions reflect trust in God while also being responsible stewards of what He has entrusted to you.
Finally, we want to reaffirm that our hope is not in money or employers but in the Lord, who owns "the cattle on a thousand hills" (Psalm 50:10). Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and remember that He is working even when we cannot see it. We stand with you in faith, believing that God will make a way where there seems to be no way.
