We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this burden of financial struggle to our Heavenly Father, who is indeed the God who provides all needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We recognize that this request is made in a spirit of humility and dependence on God, and we join in agreement, asking the Lord to move mightily on behalf of this dear one.
First, we must address the foundation of our faith. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, Ephesians 2:18). There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is the first and most critical step in experiencing the fullness of God’s provision and peace.
Now, let us stand on the promises of God’s Word. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Fear and doubt are tools of the enemy to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke the spirit of fear, doubt, and unbelief in the name of Jesus. We declare that these lies have no place in this situation and command them to flee. Instead, we pray that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we ask You to open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it (Malachi 3:10). We know that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20). We pray for wisdom and discernment in managing the resources You have already entrusted to this one. Teach them to be content in whatever circumstances they find themselves, knowing that godliness with contentment is great gain (1 Timothy 6:6). Help them to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, and trust that all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33).
Lord, we also ask that You reveal any areas of disobedience or unbelief that may be hindering Your provision. Are there areas where fear has taken root instead of faith? Are there unconfessed sins or unforgiveness that need to be addressed? Search our hearts, O God, and know our thoughts; see if there be any wicked way in us, and lead us in the way everlasting (Psalm 139:23-24). We pray for a spirit of repentance and a renewed commitment to walk in obedience to Your Word.
We declare that this financial struggle is not a reflection of Your love or Your ability to provide. You are the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). You fed the five thousand with five loaves and two fish, and You can multiply what little is left in this situation. You made water come out of a rock for the Israelites in the wilderness, and You can turn this dry season into a time of refreshing and abundance. We stand on Your promises and refuse to be moved by what we see or feel.
Father, we also pray for opportunities, divine connections, open doors, and creative ideas that will lead to financial breakthrough. You are the God who gives wisdom generously to all without finding fault (James 1:5). We ask for favor in the workplace, in business, and in every endeavor. Let Your light shine upon this one, and give them favor with man and with You (Psalm 90:17).
We also lift up any feelings of shame, inadequacy, or comparison that may have crept in. The enemy would love for this one to feel isolated or less than, but we declare that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). Their worth is not found in their bank account but in the fact that they are Your beloved child, bought with the precious blood of Jesus. We pray for a spirit of gratitude to rise up, even in the midst of lack, knowing that every good and perfect gift comes from You (James 1:17).
Finally, Lord, we ask that You use this season to draw this one closer to You. May they learn to trust You more deeply, to lean on You more fully, and to walk by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7). We pray that this trial will produce perseverance, character, and hope (Romans 5:3-4). And we declare that this is not the end of the story. You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
