Beloved of All
Thank you for sharing the burden of your heart so openly. Your longing for true fellowship, connection, laughter and joy, mutual respect and honor, and a peaceful home is good and right before the Lord. Scripture shows that our deepest fellowship is first with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ, and that fellowship then overflows into our relationships with one another. What you quoted from 1 John is central, our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son, and a joyful heart does good like a medicine.
You have asked for a scheduled time to be with your son by video, for hearts to be turned toward one another, and for peace in your family. That prayer echoes the promise that God turns the heart of the fathers to the children and the children to their fathers. We join you in asking the Lord to do that work in you and in your boy, and to make a way for regular, wholesome, and consistent connection. We also pray with you that your home would be marked by training in the Scriptures, as God commands parents to teach His word diligently to their children and to bring them up in the instruction of the Lord, and by children walking in honor and obedience, which carries promise, and by all of you pursuing peace and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord, and keeping a pure heart that desires to see God.
You asked for protection and deliverance for the mother of your child from deception, sin, evil influences, evil people, and the evil one. We pray that God would guard her and all of you from evil and lead you away from every deceiving voice. Jesus taught us to pray, deliver us from evil, and we are reminded that the Lord is faithful and will guard His people. We ask that any deception be exposed by the truth of Christ, that sin be brought into the light, and that every harmful influence be removed. No one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son reveals Him, and no one comes to Jesus unless the Father draws him. So we pray that the Father would draw each of you to the Son, that you would honor the Son even as you honor the Father, for to honor the Son is to honor the Father who sent Him.

God is sovereign over every authority and every decision that affects your family. We ask Him to direct hearts toward what is just, truthful, and peaceful, and to open doors for fellowship that are healthy and protected. We also pray for protection from evil people and imposters who deceive and mislead, and that God would keep you from falsehood and keep your path free from those who claim godliness but deny its power.
Above all, we pray that you would come directly to the Father through Jesus Christ and in His name alone. Jesus came forth from the Father into this world and has gone again to the Father, and now He intercedes for His own. He prayed that the Father would keep through His own name those who belong to Him. We ask the Father to keep you and your son and his mother in His name, to guard you in truth and in love, and to make you one in the way the Father and the Son are one. We pray that whatever belongs to the Father and the Son would be at work in your lives, bringing glory to Christ through the cross and through obedient lives.

The promises of God are yes and amen in Jesus Christ, and whatever we ask in His name according to His will, believing, we can trust Him to answer. May the Lord grant you steadfast faith, patient endurance, a joyful spirit, and a home that seeks first His holiness and His peace. May He give you wisdom to lead with gentleness, to teach the Scriptures faithfully, and to model a pure and loving walk before your son.
